Chapter 9: The Cinematic Turnabout ~ Part 9 (Chrysalis' PoV) END

I watch intensely as Roberto opens the file in his hands. "I asked for a copy of the Autopsy Report, one that hadn't been given to you at any point and I found something rather intreating to say the least."

The Detective face drops like an ice cream on a warm summers afternoon. "And what is that, Prosecutor Shield?" The Judge questions and a smirk appears on Roberto's face.

"The victim, Lizzy McGreen did not die at 08:36am as the Detective said. But rather at 08:07am, which may I remind you... Was at the start of the film!" The people in the Gallery (where I am, may I add) go wild.

"Does that mean... Detective Leslow forged evidence?" Niamh doesn't lose her composure as she says this, I look at Kyo and Lily and they both seem rather shocked, just live everyone else (apart from Niamh).

"Prosecutor Shield...! Are you suggesting that the Detective printed out the wrong report!?" I think the Judge has a screw lose.

"OBJECTION!!" Lily yells from the bottom of her lungs whilst slamming her hands down on the desk in front of her. "No, My Lord he's saying that Detective Leslow did in fact forage evidence."

"W-w-whaaaaaaat!? B-Bailiffs, capture the De - !!" And the Judge gets cut off by a voice full of anger and rage.

"HOLD IT! And why would I do that!? What have I got to gain from such an action, they must have made two different reports and I got the wrong one! Or even someone else forged it, maybe even Prosecutor Shield himself!" The Detective grinds his teeth together. Everyone is going crazy, I can only hear loud yelling poor Niamh even needs to cover her ears.

"SHUT IT!!!!" And then I hear a shout, no, rather two shouts. Everyone goes silent admittedly and turn their attention to the Shield siblings.

"My Lord, I propose we continue with the trial and perhaps we can solve the dispute of when the victim was killed instead of calling the lab team who are extremely busy may I add and try and work it out ourselves." Lily looks calm and collected. "Maybe this way, who ever forged the evidence we can find a motive for them to have done so too."

The Judge bangs down his gavel. "Very well, Prosecution do you have any other witnesses?"

"Yes, Old Man. I call Ms. Oss to the stand." Within seconds ODDin C'est is gone and a girl walks to the stand.

She has long jet black hair and purple eyes on her neck she has a pink tattoo as for her attire she has the same work uniform on as Mr. C'est. "Name and occupation." Roberto asks.

"Cay Oss, I work at Wayway Cinema." Ms. Oss bows answers.

"You saw Mr. C'est go off to take the popcorn, correct?" Roberto questions, narrowing his eyes.

"Yes, I did." She doesn't talk much and her tone of voice is stern and shows little emotion.

"Please tell us about that, witness." The Judge declares.

"Odin? Well once there was enough popcorn, he put on his gloves and put it into the popcorn tubs."

"He then went off to take it, I watched him go in the Theatre. After that..."

"He didn't come straight back to the shop, I saw him go in the direction of the back door where the bins are."
