Sara's POV:

"What happened?" Lisa asks looking around. "Everything just turned black!"

"Did the wind knock us out?" Andreea wonders.

I turn to see if Stephanie is okay, and she isn't. She's just lying there, with her face looking so peaceful. "Is she okay?" I ask, "She looks a lot different." And she does. Her ears are pointier than usual and her hair turned all white.  That's never happened before. She usually just got brown streaks in her hair. This is white all over.

"Wha-what happened?" she asks quietly.

"You were... well something or someone was talking to us and that's all I remember." Andreea says. "Are you feeling okay, Steph?"

"Yeah, I guess I'm okay. I just feel different. Weird. I also think I have a hunch of what's going on."

"What do you mean? Didn't you hear that voice? It's like she has been watching us." I say. The expression that she makes is different, her eyes seem more confused than usual but stronger as well.

"That voice sounded familiar, i-it felt warm and comforting." She says, she looks like she's going into some deep thinking. Then quietly she says, "The scroll."

"What scroll?" I wonder.

She looks at me and I look at her. When this happens I finally notice how weak she looks. "Well you know how I like reading, right?" we nod. "Well eventually I ran out of books to read so I snuck upstairs. I found-"

"Wait..." Lisa says confused.

"When?"I say looking at Stephanie.

"How did you manage to unlock the door?" Andreea asks.

"I'm not sure. It just did when I touched it. I also did it when you were all sound asleep. Anyway, once I snuck upstairs I saw how it looked. There was a beautiful parlor and gigantic kitchen. There was a grand staircase that I believe led to the bedrooms. I made my way down the hall of the first floor and found the library. It was two stories tall! I've never thought there was a library upstairs that was filled with thousands of books. If I did, I probably would have gone upstairs a lot sooner. I explored the library for hours. I found a section called history and another called myths and legends. There was this books that was right in the middle called Figeria: History, Myths, and unproven Legends. Inside was a halter that explained the Royal Scrolls. Legend has it that there once was a man

"Sara, we have to find the scroll, right now. Our lives may be depending on it. But we have to find him. The scroll keeper. I'm not sure if there are any left, though. The last one known to figireans ran off to get married."

"So all we have to do is find them? Shouldn't that be easy?" Andreea asks.

"Not as easy as you think, Andy," Stephanie chuckled, "There are a lot of steps in order to find them. For example, we have to make our way past the ogres."

"The ogres?"

"But I think with the powers we can do it."

"Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go!" I say.
