New patient

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. I went downstairs to the kitchen and made pancakes. After I was done eating I took a quick shower and brushed my teeth and changed into a random blue top and blue jeans. I got into my car and drove to the mental hospital.

I parked my car in the parking space and went in. I went to the staff room,got my white looking lab coat and card and went to my patient. I got his food, water and his pill. I went next to his room and swiped the card with the door and it opened. I went in the bright white room and put the tray with food and the glass of water on the bed next to my patient,Bertolt.

Me : Good morning Mr Bertolt , had a good night sleep ?
Bertolt : yes but you weren't here yesterday, where were you ?
Me : sorry I was out, were you ok ?
Bertolt : yes, I just wanted to know where you where that's all

He said looking away as he mumbled the last part. He was always worried about you when you took a day off, he used to ask you what you were doing and why you left him, he had this soft spot for you which you thought was cute.

He ate his food and swallowed the pill with some water. After that we talked a bit and then I got the tray and went out.

It was lunch time and I went to the cafeteria and bought a (f/d)( favourite drink ) and a cookie and sat where everyone else was. There was Christa, Ymir, Jean, Marco, Armin and Eren.

Me : hey guys
Everyone : hey ( Y / n )!
Me : so how were your patients today?
Christa : mine is making amazing progress, I think Annie is soon going to be realeased.
Ymir : mine was ok I guess
Jean : mine was the usual, trying to attack me but then he calmed down after the injection
Marco : mine wanted to stay asleep all day so I had to stay with her till she woke up.
Armin : mine was really communicative, she was talking about wishing to go outside again next to the flowers and seeing the birds eating from the bird houses. It was .... sweet.
Eren : mine was the usual. So.... how was yesterday with your day off.
Me : it was fun I guess.
Jean :  did you miss me?

He said with an eyebrow raised high. You knew he had this tiny crush on you and Eren was a bit jelous of this.

Eren : in your dreams horse face. Like anyone would miss you.

You laughed at their fights, they were always like this when one of them flirted with you.

Lunch time was over and the manager (Erwin) asked me to go to his office. I knocked on his door.

Erwin : come in

I opened the door and closed it behind me. He gestured me to sit down. I sat on the chair in front of him.

Erwin : good afternoon (y / n ). I think you know how Christa's patient, Annie, is doing.
Me : yes sir, I heard that she was going to be released soon.
Erwin : you heard well and since she's going to be realeased tomorrow Christa is going to take care of Bertolt and you're going to have a new patient.
Me : who is he?
Erwin : I think you might have heard of him. His name is Levi Ackerman
