Louis POV
I quickly called my mum to tell her what had happened in class as one of the EMTs asked the teacher, Miss.Anna who will be riding with her in the ambulance. I stopped talking to my mum and spoke up, "I will."
"and who are you?" the same EMT rudely questioned.
"I'm her older brother, sir." I politely answered. I knew that the only way to deal with these type of people was to be polite. As he motioned me into the ambulance, I remembered that I was still on the phone with my mum so I told her that I was on my way. Another EMT asked us what hospital I wanted them to drive us to. I told them the name of the hospital my mother instructed us to go to because she was already on her way. Alyssa sat up on the stretcher and asked me what was going to happen once we go to the ER. I didn't have to explain much to her because I knew that last year she had to go to the ER for a hip problem that didn't turn out to be serious.
As I glanced out of the window, I saw the large sign which read "Emergency Room."

Waiting in the hospital room they put us in, I could tell that Alyssa's nerves were starting to form. "You will be fine. They just need to take an x-ray of your knees and legs to see what's wrong." I reassured her. "Why do they have to get an X-ray of both my legs?" She questioned . "I think they will need to compare the two. Here put this on your knee." I instructed her.
