"Why don't you come with me and I cook you dinner?"

"Uhm... you don't have to..."

"But I insist... since you help me with this shameful dating thing that I don't know what to do."

"It's fine, I'm happy to help at anything. Your kids were my students so it's okay that we can be friends too."

"Friends?!" Lauren half stated, half asked.

Camila smiled weakly, there's a slight pain when the word friends came out from Lauren's lips.

"Come on... and I won't take no for an answer." Lauren said as she help Camila stand up from her seat.

Camila and Lauren walked back to Lauren's house and since it was now dark and the studio was closed, Lauren knew that her friends were now at her house waiting for them.

Upon entering the house, Lauren held the door for Camila to enter. Camila smiled politely and thanked Lauren.

"Mama!!" the little ones hurriedly went to the door to embrace Lauren. They also squealed when they saw Camila.

"Ms. Camila!!" they both say and went to Camila.

The young teacher bent down hugged both kids. Lauren just smiled and called her children.

"Babies, come on... let Ms. Camila breathe for a moment." Lauren said and the kids giggled.

"Let's eat... Mama's hungry. Lead Ms. Camila to the table." Lauren told her kids and the two youngsters pull both Camila's hands as they went to the dining area.

"Hey, slow down...." Camila said chuckling.

Upon entering the dining room, they were all laughing and Camila's eyes went wide when she saw that everybody was staring at her.

"Well that's new." Vero commented and Lucy looked at her deeply.

"Uhm..." Camila said awkwardly and still holding to the twin's hands.

"Hi, Ms. Camila..." Normani said to ease the awkwardness.

"Let's sit down." Lauren said as she appeared behind them.

Normani got another plate for Camila and they all sat on their respective seats and since the only seat that was available was the one next to Lauren, Camila was force to seat on it. Lauren was seated at the head of the table, on her right was her kids and onto her left was Camila. Next to Camila was Lucy, Vero, Zayn and Jessie. On the other side and next to the twins were Taylor, Normani and Justin.

"So... Lauren... it's the first time in a very long time that you brought home a lady. What happened to you?" Vero joke as Lauren sat on her usual seat.

They all looked at one another and Vero's comment seemed like a joke but it was the truth.

"What are you talking about?" Lauren said unnoticing her friends' insinuation.

"Come on... there's something special about her because you brought her here." Vero added.

"Oh yeah, she's Ellie and Elise's teacher." Lauren spoke and Camila felt the ache again in her heart.
