Batman Beyond Love Story

Delia looked over at her twin sister Deidre as batman came charging at them. They both gave a small nod and started doing a series of back flips to get away  from the caped crusader. Batman sighed and pulled out a batarang throwing it at Delia's leg she gave a small yelp and lost her balance causing her to fall onto her back. Deidre saw what had happened to her sister and stopped doing back flips rushing over to her sisters side Ghoul looked at both of them and tried to distract Batman while the Deidre helped her sister Batman threw some punches at Ghoul who awkwardly dodged them as he tried to grab Batman's arm. Delia stood up and groaned in pain knowing her back was probably bruised. Bonk grabbed the tool they needed and rushed to one of the flying vehicles  turning it on and signaling so the rest of the jokerz knew it was time to retreat.Ghoul threw a smoke bomb and jumped into the vehicle along with the Dee dee twins. Later that night in the warehouse that the jokerz lived in Ghoul was sitting at his computer deep in thought as he started tryping a bunch of codes and such while Delia was laying on the couch resting and Deidre was arguing with Bonk about the earlier encounter with batman. Bonk growled at Deidre before saying "you need to teach your sister how to be stronger I mean come on one hit and she's down for the rest of the fight with only one hit?!. Deidre clenched her fists angry that he thought he had a right to talk about her sister like that "shut the hell up Bonk! she is strong I bet if you got hit in the leg with a batarang you would be crying like a baby!" with that being said Deidre stormed off to her room slamming the door behind her.Ghoul looked up from his computer and gave a quick glare at Bonk before standing up and walking to Deidre's room to make sure she was ok. Bonk angrily threw a metal pole at the wall causing it to make a loud noise startling Delia awake she sat up and glanced at Bonk then at the pole before lying back down. Ghoul hesitantly knocked on Deidre's door she told him the door was unlocked and he could come in. He opened the door and slowly closed it behind him Deidre was laying on her bed reading a book about gymnastics she looked up at him with curious eyes and waited for him to say something. Goul shifted his feet awkwardly thinking of what he should say to her. He finally took a deep breath and asked "are you alright?" Deidre raised a brow and sat up on her bed looking him in the eye "yeah i'm fine just a little pissed off at Bonk". He chuckled and nodded in agreement "he has some serious anger issues" Deidre let a small smile appear on her face "you have a hot laugh" Ghoul stopped and looked at her "I what?". Deidre felt her face turn red as she realized she just said that aloud she shook her head and giggled nervously "oh nothing I was just saying your right hee hee". Ghoul just gave a small nod not understanding why her face was red and why she looked so nervous.Delia opened the bedroom door and froze when she saw Ghoul standing there "oh I didn't know you were in here sorry for inturupting" she winked at Deidre before backing out of the room and closing the door. Deidre shook her head feeling like smacking her sister ok she admitted it she had a huge crush on Ghoul and told her sister which was the wrong thing to do because now she always teases Deidre about it. Ghoul rubbed the back of his head and glanced around the room awkwardly not knowing what to say Deidre was deep in thought of what she should do,should she tell him that she liked him or just keep her mouth shut. Finally Ghoul broke the awkward silence by giving a small cough snapping Deidre out of her thoughts she looked at him "hm?" he looked more nervous than ever as he slowly approached her bed sitting next to her. Deidre felt herself start to blush again as Ghoul looked at her "Deidre I have to tell you something.." She slowly nodded waiting for him to tell her he looked down then at the ceiling then back at her."I..I..like you..n..not as a friend but I.." he was cut off by Deidre smashing her lips onto his. Ghouls eyes widened in shock but he started kissing back his eyes closing and he pulled her closer to him. A few seconds passed and she pulled away looking at him they both were blushing "I like you too Ghoul" Deidre smiled happy that she finally admitted her feelings to him. Ghoul had a huge smile on his face and he gently grabbed Deidre's hand "Deidre will you be my girlfriend?" she nodded and hugged him tightly "of course I will!". They both froze as they heard laughing coming from behind them as they turned towards the laughter they saw Delia and Bonk on the ground laughing and clapping. Deidre growled "what are you two doing in here?!! and why are you laughing and clapping?!" Delia finally caught her breath and looked at her sister "we are clapping and laughing because it's about damn time you two got together" Bonk who was still laughing nodded. Deidre rolled her eyes and started laughing along with Ghoul "yeah I guess it is!"
