I was awaken by Phil shaking my shoulder. By the light of the room it had to of been around one or two in the morning.

"What is it?" My voice raspy from sleep.

"I had a bad dream." Phil looked down at his feet. He seemed to be having a lot of bad dreams lately.

I propped myself up on my elbows, getting a better look at Phil. He was wearing his white shirt that had poke balls on it. "What was it?"

"The world was being taken over by giant sized rabbits and one had broken the roof of our apartment." I could hear Phil chuckle a little because his dream was a bit ridiculous.

"Are you actually kidding me? How did your brain come up with that?" I laughed lowly, scooting over so Phil could sit down. I knew he had wanted to sleep in my bed because he had been doing this for a whole week now.

Phil got in and pulled the covers up to his face. "Thanks, Dan." He laid down and faced towards the door.

"It's alright, goodnight Phil." I laid down on my back, staring at the ceiling.

"Night, Dan."

A few hours had passed and I was still awake. I couldn't fall asleep because I realized how cold my room was. I felt him shake, like he was cold too. It had always been cold in my room at night. I decided since we were best friends he wouldn't mind if I wrapped my arms around him. So I turned towards him and wrapped my arm around his side, pulling him closer to me and I almost immediately felt him relax. I felt his hand grab at mine and I let him hold it, and almost instantly we both fell asleep.
