(Y/N) grabbed her coat and scarf, wrapping the scarf around her neck and fiercely pulling on her boots.

It was a typical winter day, and (Y/N) was in yet another argument with her parents. She had had enough. "(Y/N) (L/N)! You better get your ass back in here or you're grounded!" Her father shouted.

"You can't ground me if I'm gone! I don't love you!" (Y/N) yelled in response. She got up and ran out the door. Gone. She was gone. Gone from that living hell called home.

Where am I gonna go now? She thought to herself. She could hear her parents yelling behind her, still yelling about taking away her phone when she got back or not letting her visit her friends anymore. Was that even going to work at this point? (Y/N) had to get somewhere far and fast.

Her phone buzzed. A call from Axel.

That's it! Axel!

"Hello?!" She quickly answered, running down the sidewalks to head to his home.

"I've told you so many times to not say 'hello'. It has 'Hell' in it! Get it memorised!"

"Fine! Hi, Axel! But I have no time! I--"

"Yeah, hEYY!"

"No! Shut up and let me talk!"

"Don't be rude!"

(Y/N) rolled her eyes, "I'm coming over to your place and I need you to let me stay for the night!"

"What?! I never agreed to this!"

"You're the pervert, so you should at least be a little bit happy, you fat twat!"

Axel sighed on the other end of the line, "Fine, but hurry or this pizza's gonna get cold and disgusting."

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank yo--!"

"Okay, okay!!"

"Thanks, Axel! Bye!" (Y/N) hung up and swung herself into the closest bus. Just a few stops and she would be at Axel's apartment. She gave a deep sigh of relief and pulled her wallet out to give the bus driver some money.

"You look like a sweaty mess when it snowed just yesterday," Axel laughed, standing at the door.

(Y/N) furrowed her brows, "Yeah, yeah, let me in!" She pushed him, trying to make room for entrance.

Axel smiled and opened the door wider for her. (Y/N) stepped into the apartment, and quickly took her scarf and coat off, "Where's the pizza?"

Axel shut the door and looked at her with a guilty expression, "I... uh... I lied about the pizza." He began scratching the back of his head.

(Y/N) pouted, "Then go buy a pie of pizza right now."

Axel folded his arms, "I'm broke. Get that memorised." He walked over to his kitchen and opened the refrigerator.

"Then how come you bought shoes that cost 2,000 munny just yesterday?" (Y/N) questioned, looking at a receipt on a table nearby.

Axel turned around, "Uhhhh... I picked that up from outside."

(Y/N) raised a brow and began taking her boots off, "Oh really? How come there's a shoebox under the table here?"

"I picked that shoebox up, too."

"There are shoes inside, Axel."
