"Angel, I want you to imagine a demon is standing in front of you. Now, pull only the light from around that demon into yourself."
Castiel was training Angel. He had gotten her to at least control when she exploded, now he had to check with how she exploded.
"Ok, now, make a ball of the light in your hands. Good, good, now I was you to aim at the demon and shoot. Thrust your hands out, quickly, it should fly right where you want it to go." Angel did this, but the light instead hit the wall right next to Castiel's head. He didn't flinch. "That was good. We do need to work on aim, but you have greatly improved."
Angel sighed and sat down. "What's for lunch today?"
"Ramen."
"But you don't even know how to use a microwave!"
"Yes I do. I raised a child, I'm pretty sure I can work a microwave."
Angel sighed. This was going to be an interesting experience.
