Hatori's POV
When Tohru sang the song 'Turn Your Face' it reminded me of Kana. How? How had that song affected me so much? I didn't have an excuse for erasing her memory, I could've objected to Akito's orders. What did I have to lose if I did object? I had lost her, because I was a coward. And I couldn't take my choices back again.
Author's POV
The limo finally arrived at Shigure's house and everyone got out. "Ok, see you later Roger." Tohru called out the limo driver who waved good-bye and drove away. Everyone entered the house. Tohru looked around the room and said, "I'm going to make lunch in a few minutes. If you'll excuse me I'll be upstairs." She then walked up the stairs and into her room. She saw Tomeo sleeping and smiled. She took a towel and some clothes to the bathroom and took a shower. When she was finished she dried herself and her hair off and got dressed. She got out of the bathroom and hung her towel and her clothes that she used only once in the closet in her room. She went downstairs walked into the kitchen. She made some boiled eggs and riceballs. She put them on a large plate and set it on the table of the dining room. The Sohmas' and Tohru's brothers started to eat. Tohru then went upstairs with 2 boiled eggs and 3 riceballs on a small plate for Tomeo. Along with some apple juice. She set it on the nightstand next to the bedd and gently shook Tomeo. He woke up yawning. "How long were you guys away?" Tomeo asked. "About one hour." Tohru replied and handed Tomeo the plate. Tomeo smiled and thanked her and began to eat. "Tomeo, I don't want you staying or working for Akito Sohma anymore." Tohru said. "Can we talk about this with Shay and Hunter please?" Tomeo asked. Tohru nodded, "I'll go tell them to co-" "No, I want to go downstairs." Tomeo cut her off. Tohru nodded and said, "Do you need help getting up?" "Just a little." Tohru quickly went to his side and picked up the empty plate. She held his arm to steady him and they walked downstairs. "Shay, Hunter. We need to talk." Tohru said. Everyone looked up, startled to hear Tohru so serious. Shay and Hunter quickly got up and Shay led Tomeo to the living room while Hunter took the plate from Tohru and put it in the sink. He came back and stood next to Tohru. "We'll be right back." Tohru said to the Sohmas' and went to the living room and Hunter slid the door closed.
Tohru sat down along with Shay, Hunter, and Tomeo. "So, what's up?" Shay asked. "I don't want Tomeo working for Akito. That's what's up. Neither living in the main house." Tohru replied. "But, Akito will beat me then." Tomeo argued. "Wait, I think Tohru has a plan if you don't work for Akito anymore Tomeo. So I suggest you listen to her." Hunter stated. "Thank you Hunter, and yes I do have a plan.Tomeo, I will buy you an apartment or house, whichever you want. I will find an employment for you so you won't work for Akito anymore and I will hire some bodyguards for you okay? I just don't want to see you get hurt again Tomeo." Tohru said. Tomeo kept quiet. "I-I will accept your offer. But under one condition. Don't buy me a house, it'll just draw attention to me and I don't want that." Tomeo answered. Tohru laughed lightly, "Fine. But since I can't buy you a house then I'll also buy you a car along with the apartment." "Tohru!" "Sorry Tomeo, you're going to get a car but for now just rest while I do some phone calls." Tohru said. Tomeo sighed in defeat and nodded. He then headed back upstairs. The remaining three Hondas' went back to where everyone was speaking in hushed tones. Once they saw Tohru they hushed. Kisa got up and walked to Tohru."Sissy, you're not going to leave us right? Grandpa Shigure said he heard you talking about buying a house." Kisa stated with tears brimming her eyes. Tohru shook her head her still blonde locks flying through the air,"Of course not. I was talking about buying a house for my cousin. He needs a place for himself. So I'm going to make some phone calls and probably go out in a little while to do so." Kisa nodded and hugged Tohru. Tohru hugged her back and then let go. She took her phone out and dialed a number. "Hello? Is Marco there? Yes, this is Perrie Edwards. Marco? I need help. I need a large apartment. I'm planning to buy it, it has to have two floors and alot of space. Also a garage. Sure, I'll see you then, good-bye." Tohru then hung up the phone.
