A smile can be nothing but a twitch of the lips,

Which can be turned on and off like the flick of a switch.

Such a simple gesture can be faked and played.

But in the end, it's all just a game.

  PROLOGUE

Thea Harper had never noticed the boy who always sat alone in the corner of the bus.

This changes the day she has no choice but to be seated next to him for the first time.

Forced to acknowledge each other, Thea finally meets a boy known by the school as an outcast... Vincent Martínez.

He almost immediately develops a distaste for her constantly happy aura, while she quickly is intrigued by his mysterious persona.

However, is this lonely boy sure of his repulsion? Because before he knows it, "I hate you's" can possibly shift into "I need you's"
