Monte's pov:
I stare into Jessie's beautiful crystal blue eyes. She stares right back into mine. I expect her to hug me and say how much she's missed me, but no. Her eyes flashed with anger and she screeched for me to let her go. Tears begin to form in my eyes. I expected a warm welcome and friendly hugs.
Jesse's pov.
God how I wish this boy would just leave me alone. I always admired his determination, but not now. "What are you doing?! You're going to get me killed!" I raged with anger.
"Dammit Jesse! You have to come back! It's not safe out here!" He answered back loudly. Monte began to get off me and stand up straight with me lying awkwardly on the ground. He gestured his hand to help me get up. "I can get up myself!" I dissed as I shove my self up to a superior standing position. "Suit yourself." He hissed back. "Man, what have I gotten myself into?"
