Nandini. I woke up due to the continous buzzing of my alarm. Even though i do wake up early on my own for riyaaz when amms is her but still not to take a chance i put up the alarm. Tanya was still asleep beside me. I let her sleep as she was tired by yesterday's event. Oh yesterdays se yaad aaya i hav for breakfast with manik. I dont know why m i so excited. Keepiing all my thoughts aside i freshened up, took a bath and wore my leggings and a loose tshirt and rushed to amms room.
I reached her room to see her tuning the veena. Yes! I was on time. Thankyou aiyappa. I went towards her touched her feet to take blessings and she smiled.
We finished with riyaaz by an hour or so and i went back to my room to check on tanya. Not to my surprise she was still asleep. I did not wake her up instead took my books and went to the balcony to study. Studing early in the morning always helped me and beside its already 6 manik will come by 8 so there's no point going back to sleep. I started leaning things and marked my doubts so that i can clear them afterwards.
I was 7:30 when i got got done with everything. I saw my clothes and decided to change. I opened my wardrobe and stood there holding my chin not being able to decide what to wear. I finally made my mind and took out my outfit, changed and put on some cc cream, liner and gloss. Simple and sweet.

(She wasnt carring the bag) I went downstairs to find mom dad and bhai busy in today's preps.
"Good morning everyone" i said in a cheerful tone. "Good morning" came the reply. "Tu kahi jaa rhi hai?" Bhai questioned. "Haan bhai woh actually main batana bhool gyi kal raat manik ka message aaya that. He wanted to take me out for breakfast. So main jao?" I asked bhai. "Offcourse, isme pooschne ke kya baat hai" appa replied. "Thanks appa! But aap logo ko koi help chahiye?". "No baby u go enjoy we'll handle here" amma said in her all time sweet tone.
After sometime manik came in. He took blessings from amma appa and amms and greeted bhai. We soon left biding bye to everyone. We left the house and as a true gentleman manik opened the door for me and i passed him huge smile to which he replied back.
The drive was initially silent but manik spoke 'nandini, exams ke baad ka kya plan hai?' He asked 'manik bataya toh tha kisi company mein intership and all' i told him 'arre baba i am not asking about that. Exams ke ekdum baad thodi na internship shuru ho jayegi' he said as a matter of fact. 'Oh achha that way. Kuch bhi nhi abhi. Kyo pooch rhe ho vaise?' I said realising the thing he asked. 'Nothing great woh ho sakta hai ki i'll hav to go to new jersey for a conference so i was wondering if u could join me' he asked. 'Manik what will i do there? Tum bina kisi reason ke disturb ho jaoge' i said 'arre nhi the conference will be in during the day toh usually evenings would be free so if u could come we'll roam around. Whats say?' 'Umm i'll let u know' he bobbed his head with a smile and again silence prevailed.
We soon reached the J W Marriott juhu for breakfast as manik told me that he loved their breakfast. We entered asnd their was already a table reseved by his name. We took our seats. Pov ends
