Requirements: I want my username on the (bottom/top/middle) (right/left/middle). I also want the name in (Font/Color/Size) And the picture has to be of (Model/Actor/Whomever). And if you could add (Please don't let it be something complicated. I might be able to add one more person.) to the picture.
Extras: Hearts flowers those kinda things. For instance the name can be surrounded could be hearts.

Okay so this is how I need you guys to DM me your request. I only ask that you guys don't rush me and that you credit me when you use you use the cover.
