This is personally one of my favorite sauces to use on anything Mexican. However it's just meant for Enchiladas. The way I created it was by combining three different recipes to suite my needs.

Word to the wise, this can be very spicy! If you don't like the heat use less chili and cayenne powder! So far I can't seem to make it cool enough for my younger siblings to digest, but that's because I like the flavor the chili and cayenne powders add.
