Okay this is my first storie about middle school and the secrets grown-ups don't get I hope you enjoy it!
Chapter 1
I didn't used to be a girly girl.I always hung out with the guys life was easy until.............. we hit middle school.Suddenly I WAS THE OUTSIDER!!!!Gym was even worse,girls locker rooms and separate gym classes from all my friends.But atleast I got to sit with them at lunch.For sum reason all the girls were starring at me whispering sweet little gossip to their friends,uuuuuggggghhhh.Then there's THE table where the top 15 girls sit with there hopeless boyfriends desperate to get the hottest chick.There dead in the center SHE sat ,queen bee Hayli.Yeah not Hailey that's waaaaay to normal.Then she glances over searching for her next victim and lands on a small girl,a quiet girl,a girl they call Lilly.
Chapter 2
I watched as Hayli stood up and the cafiteria parted like the red sea.I couldn't tell what she said but all of Lilly's friends went completely wide eyed.Then her best friend Marissa stood up and said something back to Hayli but when Hayli it looked like made some type of snappy comeback Ari their friend had to hold Marissa back Hayli seemed satisfied and went back to her table with a grin that turned my stomach and tied it into so many knots it could have tied both my shoes. I watched Hayli go back to her place in her table all of her friends started laughing...LAUGHING!!!!!!!!!! I not even being a friend of Lilly wanted to smack her against the side of the head.
Chapter 3
Lilly though was not a pretty sight, she was crying into her hands and her mascara was running everywhere and Marissa and Ari were trying to cam her down and make her feel better then Marissa got up from her chair walked over to Hayli's table carrying her red yeah bing punch and a piece of Ari's moms choclate pie the punch spilled over Hayli's custum one-of-a-kind Vera Wang designs and of course over her head then the classic choclate pie to the face tan down her shirt.The whole cafiteria went silent.Nobody moved nobody talked nobody breathed.Then came and earpiercing shreik and some words my mama taut me never to say.But Marissa was the one with the smile now she turned and glided back to her table where she claimed HER spot next to Lilly and across from Ari where they all high fived.
Chapter 4
While I was still all wrapped up in my thoughts of what just happened I was shaken back to reality! I turned around to see my Lilly,Josh.
"Kyle"he said "are you even listning..........WAKE UP WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"he yelled bursting my eardrum.
"Yeah,yes,Yes,uhhu yes,I agree 100%!"I agreed hoping it was the right answer!
"See Jessie, Kyle's listning"
"Oh yeah right she is just full of it and you know it.She's not paying attention to your science talk Josh none of us are ,man, relax it's only the first day let it go"he said completley unaware that he just practicly killed one of his best friends from birth{besides yours truley}inside.Josh was silent the rest of the period and was 'busy' after school when we always hang out at Jessie's.
Chapter 5
Tuesday at lunch it was time for Hayli to pick her next victum but today she decided to go for a double date and ditch.We NEVER had these in elementary school but I guess we are older now so she walked herself over to an all boys table and whisperd something in Dan Thomas's ear and walked away from that table to an all girls table where she whispered to Kristin McLeroy something and walked away with that serpent smile plastered to her face. Then both got up and went to the middle of the cafiteria Dan started laughing when he saw a look of hope on Kristin's face.Kristen cracked up too and their fingers intertwined and they kissed right in front of John Murphy who had told Hayli that he liked her.How could anyone be that twisted???John just stood up and walked out the door.I wanted to get up and follow but I just couldn't get myself up.
Chapter 6
Well Josh had forgave Jessie just like always because that's what happens Josh overthinks everything all the time,Jessie says something stupid and I'm stuck in the middle.I loked around and there was our Josh................reading..........................again.And Jessie playing paperfootball with John who still wasn't talking to his best friend{now ex-best friend}.Still all the girls staring at me and all the guys{execpt my friends}at her.
Chapter 7
2 months later....................................I was sitting at lunch when I noticed something strange,nobody was crying or screaming or playing just eating lunch.When I looked over at Jessie something stopped my heart.I traced where his eyes were looking and they were pointed in the direction.Her direction.She smiled and blew Jessie a kiss.MY JESSIE!For some reason my blood started to boil.Then when Josh and I walked over together she was there and she said "Oh hey Kyle love your shoes so............chic.Where'd you get um.'
'There my older brothers,what are you doing here'I stuttered
'Oh you know just visiting my boyfriend..................what are you doing here??"
'I always come here after school,with Josh,to hang out with my best friends.'
'Oh you should come to my house one time.............what about tomarrow we could work on your look it needs it and it would be fun.'she said looking at Jessie him grinning back'yeah how bout it Ky' he pushed.
'Well................................................................................."
