Megan Had Run Down The Stairwell and fell again, when I finally got her. "MEGAN!" I screamed out of breath. "We-We-We are gonna- be-late-for-for class." I said trying to catch my breath. "I don't care! I'm meeting Daniel before class!" she said pouting. Daniel was a 5 foot tan jerk who treated Megan like dirt then ended up saying "sorry" when he had gone too far. "Megan. He Is In The G hall, which is across the building! We have 2 minutes to get to Mr. Piper's class." I said helping her stand up. "Come on!" she said frowning. "You would meet Jacob before class!" she said stomping her foot. True but I wasn't going to tell her that. The last thing she needed was another excuse to meet him. "No, because we just said goodbye and besides he is already in class, like we should be in, considering we have 30 seconds to get there!" I said already running. The bell screeched and I spun quick on my flats about ready to strangle Megan. She was walking in the other direction. Looks like this was one of those days where her head was in the clouds. Days like these sucked. Luckily they only happened once a month. I sighed and picked her up. Sometimes I felt like her babysitter instead of best friend. She was lucky that I freaking loved her so much or she'd be a gonner. I carried her up the stairs and set her down. "Come on." I said. She made a face and I laughed. She was such a idiot. But she was my idiot and I wouldn't trade her for anything. After what seemed like hours we got to Mr. Piper's. "Miss Walden, Miss Parks, your late." he said glaring. The speaker crackled and announced, "Teachers Please Excuse Bus 33 ariving late do not count students tardy. Thank you." and then shut off. Looks like Luck Was On Our Side Today. "We were on the bus." I said panting. "Very well. Take your seats." he said gesturing towards our seats in the back. Megan wasn't off the hook so easily.
