Chapter 1

After the meeting in Republic City about leaving the Spirit Portal to humans, Korra had left to go back to the Southern Water Tribe.

"Korra, what's wrong?" Tonraq asked, as they drifted slowly through the icy waters. "You defeated Unalaq and the world is at peace now. You should be happy and proud." It was evident that Korra wasn't happy. She walked onto the main deck of the ship. The air was freezing and wind fiercely whipped her hair around.

"Dad, what's next?" Korra turned around to look at him in the foyer of the ship. "What am I going to do? My life isn't going to be normal, ever again! I just killed my own uncle, my boyfriend broke up with me, and now I don't know what is next." Korra started to tear up. Tonraq walked out on the deck next to her and gently said,"Even though I don't know what's to come for you, I do know for sure that me and your mother will be there for you every step of the way." Korra flew into Tonraq's arms and tears cascaded down her eyes. "Everything will OK, for sure."

Chapter 2

Mako and Bolin finally moved from the Pro-Bending Arena attic to a more upscale apartment. Due to Bolin's wealth from the "movers" series of "Adventures of Nuktuk", they inherited a lump sum of fortune and a new place to stay. The apartment was lined with glass windows and flashy tile. Every door had a golden door knob, and wherever there was a wall, the was a picture of "Nuktuk".

"Wow, Bolin! This is pretty awesome..." Mako exclaimed as he made his way up the spiral stairs.

"I know right! And just think! We get to stay for the rest of our lives!" Bolin smiled as he walked up to the second floor.

Mako stopped, "Are you serious?"

"Actually...no," Bolin's eyes opened wide. "I'm not sure how long we'll stay here until my fortune runs out and we're back on the streets again."

Mako 'roughed up' Bolin a bit until Bolin fought back.

"You know you're pretty lucky! I didn't even have to take YOU in! I could've left you back at the Pro-Bending Arena, so just be thankful!" Bolin screamed. Mako realized that Bolin, was in fact, right. Bolin stomped upstairs and slammed his door shut.Right as that happen, Asami came running up the stairs.

"Mako!" she yelled, running into his arms. She placed her lips right on his and hugged him tight. Mako stood emotionless.

Asami backed away from and had a look of fear in her eyes. "What's wrong, Mako? Do you not want me here? I traveled all the way from the Southern Wat-" They both stood still. Asami's eyes shrunk and looked down.

"You still love her, don't you?" Mako stood silent, because inside, he really did.

"Things are just really confusing right now. I think it would be good we could just be friends. I need time to...regroup my feelings." Asami turned to him and gave him a hug and kissed him on the cheek. She passed him a note of paper. "When you're ready, come and find me." She quickly left, waving good-bye. Confused, Mako flopped down on the satan blue couch. "What am I going to do?"

Chapter 3

Tonraq, Korra and Kya were greeted at the dock by fans, friends, and family members. Before splitting away, Kya bowed before Korra and said "Thank you". They both hugged and Kya fled to see her family. Senna, Korra's mom, ran up to them and hugged them both. "I'm so glad you both are alright!"

Walking slowly through the town greeting people, Korra slowly made her way home. When she arrived, a White Lotus instructor stood before them.

He bowed then motioned Korra to come in. "Congratulations, *cough* Avatar. You have put the world in a peaceful era."
