Once the animatronics were safely in the car, Freddy at the wheel, they started the not so smooth journey back to the supermarket which they had made their fort.

Bonnie and Chica were slapping and elbowing each other in the back seat fighting for space earning muffled complaints from the injured fox in the trunk. Freddy drummed his fingers on the steering wheel as Goldie in the passenger seat remained silent.
"Will you stop fighting already?! Don't make me turn this thing around!"
"Yes, Freddy." The pair sighed, still glaring at one another.
"FREDDY, LOOK OUT!" Goldie shouted urgently giving Freddy enough warning to take a sharp turn away from the civilian they could've hit and pull over. Naturally, Freddy exited the car to check if the civilian was unharmed.

"Excuse me, sir... are you alri-" the man turned around displaying his half-eaten face and twisted stance. "Well hello to you too." The bear backed away slightly. The deformed figure blinked and lunged forwards reaching for Freddy's head just was Goldie whipped a pistol out from the glove compartment and shot the zombie in the head.
"Head shot!" The golden robot cheered as his target fell onto his knees and lay on the ground, motionless.

They returned to the supermarket that they had once called home... or whatever is left of it. Gasps of disbelief and anguish came from the group as they slowly pulled up to what was now a bomb site. As dismay swept over the group, Chica and Bonnie searched through the wreckage for anything useful while Freddy held his head in shock and vexation.

Foxy was rather taken aback by what he saw. Goldie helped the pirate out of the very much cramped trunk to stretch his legs and get a better look at the fox's injuries. The golden bear often helped Foxy out with joint issues and sometimes things more serious like the pirate's mental state which they would both admit is mainly anger driven. Foxy attempted to walk unfortunately causing intense pain in his left thigh and below his right knee.
"Foxy, are you okay?" Goldie asked already knowing the answer.
"I be fine." That was not the right answer.
"You're limping heavily. You're not alright." With that, the golden bear forced the pirate to sit. "Why does every part of you have to be rusted and broken?" Foxy only flicked his ear in response. He hated it when others thought he couldn't take care of himself.

Freddy knew that they had to work quickly when collecting whatever they needed because they were now without shelter and vulnerable. Picking his way through the wreckage, the bear found Hannah, Edward, Matthew and Rachael's drawings that they had made during their brief stay here under the animatronics' protection. Four kids that Freddy knew were safe now. The show bots missed being able to perform and play with the kids in the restaurant where they could bring smiles to everyone's face without a care in the world.
"Freddy, look what I found!" Bonnie held his findings up in Freddy's face like a child that wanted to share what they had made. He had found two entire sets of unscathed guitar strings; perfect for playing small tunes to keep moral up.
