The alarm sounded its usual buzzing. Waking up groggily, I threw the alarm at my wall, wishing it was a different day. But it isn't. Today is the first day of school. "Ugghh...I don't want to go...". I climbed off my bed and decided to get changed. It took a few minutes, but I eventually got my uniform on.
The uniform isn't exactly comfortable. Tight pants, a choking tie, a bland jacket and a striped, white shirt. I addressed my hair into my usual style. My white hair covering my right eye, with the back reaching the collar-line of the jacket. I looked into my mirror, staring at myself. Gray eyes, a bored look, and overall sadness. What could I say? I was a lonely bastard with no parents. After a few minutes of this, I decided to go to school. Taking the usual bus that stops near the school, I stared out the window without any expression whatsoever. Before I knew it, it was time to get off.
"Just another day...same people, same teachers, same bullshit." I muttered this to myself as I walked in. Now mind you, I wasn't exactly tall. 5'4 to be exact. Everyone towered over me as I walked into my class. After looking the room over, I noticed someone I wasn't exactly happy to see. Issei Hyoudou, with his two perverted friends. Almost classify as a nuisance in my book, but I keep that to myself. I sit down in the back, left corner. Practically hiding from the classroom society as they pour in with smiles. "How can they enjoy such a miserable place?" I said in a near whisper. Just then a voice next to me rang out. "They are excited to see their friends, aren't you?" I look up to see a girl with short, white hair. Practically my height, with a look that follows a small smile. Koneko Toujo, the 'school mascot'.
I simply look up at her with my bored expression, my lonely and empty eyes staring into her golden eyes. I say in a small, shy voice, "I don't have friends. What's the point?" She stares into the eye she can see on my face, practically gazing into my very existence. Not a pleasant feeling, mind you. She speaks after a small silence, "You need to have someone to be there for you. Stop being so gloomy and socialize". And with that she walks to her desk. Just like that. No attitude, no argument, nothing.
Meanwhile, Issei and his pals are talking about boobs again. Honestly, they can jump off a cliff. What girl would date that? Yes, that. I don't care if I seem rude, not their issue. But, as the day goes on in this single, boring class, the bell finally rings out. I walk out and go down the path I always take home, the bus doesn't hit this spot in the evening. After a good half hour or so, I hear a snapping sound. Deciding it's just wildlife, I keep walking. Eventually I find a clearing, honestly the one place I enjoy. I take a seat at the stump in the middle of it. Gazing up into the sky.
Suddenly, some sort of magic thing appears, and a figure comes out of it. It's an angel. Wait, an angel? That can't be right. That bullcrap isn't real. But here it is, right in front of me.
Something is off about it, though. Its wings are black. No halo. Rather revealing clothes too, if I may say so myself. I discover it is female, considering the ridiculous size of her bust. Great.. Another pervert. Her hair is jet black, her eyes purple. Before I can say anything, a spear-like form of light pierces my chest, and she disappears. I instantly cough up blood. I think, 'Great... At least I can be rid of this boring life.' But before my consciousness drifts off, a red-haired woman comes out of another of those magic things. Then I black out.
