Chapter twenty five- A long day

I got to Wayne Enterprises then went inside, luckily Bruce was at the front desk talking to someone. I waited until he was done with the conversation then walked up to him, "Good morning Mr.Wayne!"
"Good morning y/n, ready for work?" I smiled, "Of course I am!" Oh god, today's going to be torture.

"First off could you get me a coffee?"
"Sure! What would you like in it?" He told me exactly what he wanted in it then told me to meet him on the 10nt floor. I quickly went across the street and grabbed his coffee then went up to the 10nt floor.

I walked down the hallway to a room with glass doors and walls, I knocked on the door then walked in and handed Bruce his coffee. "Thank you y/n!" He took a sip, "Just how I like it!" He told me to sit down so I did. He told me I'd be on phone duty then pointed to an empty desk.

I walked over to the desk and there was a computer that had all the transfer numbers on it. I put the headset on and the phone rang, "You've reached Wayne Enterprise, my name is y/n, how may I direct your call?" I picked up multiple calls then Bruce said, "You can take a break y/n."

I nodded and then the phone rang, "Let me just get this last call!" I answered the phone, "You've reached Wayne Enterprise, my name is y/n, how may I direct your call?" I heard a familiar laugh, "Well aren't you fancy!"
"What are you doing? You're gonna get me in trouble!" I said trying not to raise my voice.

"How'd you know to call me now anyways?"
"Well doll I have the entire building bugged."
I made sure Bruce wasn't looking then quickly stuck my middle finger up. "Oh well isn't that nice!" I laughed a little bit and Bruce looked at me, "I have to go, you're gonna get me in trouble!"
"Okay doll, love you!"
"You too, bye!"

I hung up and started to laugh a bit, I couldn't help it. "Y/n what so funny?" I calmed down a bit, "My friend called me because I told him about my new job and he made me laugh. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to use the work line!" He sighed, "It's fine, you're on break anyways." I thanked him, quickly got a snack from the coffee shop, then went back to work.

After what felt like forever the day ended and Bruce came up to me, "You did really well today, thanks for the help!"
"No, thank you for the job!" I hate working here and sucking up to him but it's the only way the plan will work. He walked me out of the building then I got into my car and went home.

Once I got home I saw another note on my counter.

Well hello doll, your day must've been well. Keep sucking up to him and the plan will go perfectly. Now go into your little cave, I left a surprise for you!

I walked into my secret room and saw a bunch of roses and heard something move, I looked up to see this huge box. I walked over to it and opened the top, it was a husky! I got it out of the box and found a note that said his name is Bandit, "You're going to be my partner in crime!" I was petting him when all of a sudden he looked at the door and growled. "He's trained very well!"

I turned around and saw J, "No Bandit!" I ran to Joker and jumped on him knocking him over. I kissed him over and over again, "You're making it hard to be away from you!" He smiled, "Do you want me to leave?" I hugged him closely, "NEVER!" I got up off of him and walked over to Bandit, "Are you hungry?" I said as I patted my legs. He started jumping, "J did you get me food?"

He nodded, "In your kitchen pantry." I walked out to my kitchen and scooped a bowl of food for Bandit, I also gave him a bowl of water. "So J, why'd you get me a dog?" He grinned, "I do pay attention to you doll, you said you were lonely and it was cold. So I got you a fluffy dog to keep you company and to keep you warm."

"Who ever knew the The Joker would actually be a good boyfriend?" I bent over while looking in my fridge, he came up behind me and grabbed my hips, "Oh I can be bad doll!" He growled and had a huge smirk on his face, "Can I eat my food? I'm hungry!" He sighed, walked to the couch, and found a movie to watch, "Did I upset you? I'm so SO sorry!" I said while rolling my eyes.

I grabbed a salad, cut up some strawberries, threw them in the salad, grabbed a fork, then went and sat down by J. Bandit came and jumped up on the couch and layed on my lap, I finished my salad set it down and cuddled up to J, "I have both my boys with me!" I kissed J, it was nice to just watch a movie with him, I was really tiered and feel asleep.

Jokers pov
She feel asleep cuddled up to me, I turned the movie off and pulled her closer too me, after a bit I feel asleep too. I woke up before y/n, God she sleeps a lot. I went into the bathroom and started to take a shower.
