Chapter 2 running away

Gina's POV
Once again I was alone in my room coloring by my self and with my younger brother who was coloring with me but my mommy and daddy weren't paying attention to either of us and we were both geting bored. They said they were going to color with us after they were done with their work but They forgot we were there they're ignoring us I sighed then I started to pack a small bag I packed one for Jake too, I took jakes hand and said "we are running away mommy and daddy won't even notice they are to busy to notice us anymore."we walked down the stairs right now daddy was busy writing a new song and mommy was busy booking a flight to go to NYC for her fashion show and geting ready for it.

I looked at both of them and they didn't even notice we were down there I sighed then I opened the door and left with Jake I didn't have a lot of money with me only coins we could get candy with that. We started walking we walked all the way to a park and stayed there for a while since it was far away from our house and it was getting a little cold now and it was almost dark too. I was getting scared but I had to be brave for Jake.

Then I heard someone say my name I looked over and saw aunt cherly and uncle Liam walking their dogs uncle Liam said "what are you two doing here alone?" I said "mommy and daddy aren't paying any attention to us they are way to busy with their jobs so we decided to run away and we were geting borded." He said "come with me and your aunt back to our house it's dangerous out here it's going to get dark soon tomorrow we'll bring you home okay?" I said "okay."

We walked to their car and got in we drove to their house. Uncle Liam called daddy and mommy and told them we were with them and told them why we were with them.

After that uncle Liam turned on the tv and said "daddy and mommy aren't happy and they said they'll pick you guys up tomorrow." I said "I'm not happy with them either and they didn't even notice that we left." Uncle Liam said "that was really naughty of you, you could have gotten hurt or worse you wouldn't want that to happen right."I said "no I'm sorry." He said "you're safe now that's all that matters and nothing happened to you thank goodness we caught you."

Then we contuide to watch the show then it was bed time and uncle Liam put me in his and aunt cherly bed with Jake he kissed my forehead and said "sweet dreams sweetie." Then me and Jake fell right to sleep uncle Liam and aunt cherly came in a couple mintues later and we all fell right to sleep.
