Chapter 12 - The Girl in the Purple

"Kisame I need to speak with you." Itachi said.

"Um okay what about?" Kisame asked.

"Just shut up and follow me." Itachi demanded. They left the cavern to talk leaving Deidara and me along again. Suddenly I got a splinting headache that caused my whole body to shake. I collapsed as Deidara caught me.

"Yang! whats wrong?" Deidara shouted while holding me. "Yang? Yang! Say something." He screamed as I passed out in his arms.

Huh? Where am I? All I see is a cage? Yeah its a cage but where am I?

"Yang," A voice called out.

"Huh who's there?" I asked.

"Ah finally you can hear me again it's been so long" The voice said.

"Who are you?" I asked nervously.

"Well its me Okami the eleven tails." The voice said.

"If your one of the tailed beasts, why and how are you talking to me?" I asked nervously.

"Well lets just say your special and you have the ability to call upon my chakara." The voice said mischievously.

If I can control Okami's power would that make me a jinjuriki? No. If I was I'm sure pain would have captured me already before I grew strong.

"Hold up this isn't making any sense to me how did this happen?" I asked.

"Even I'm not to sure but I do know that someone erased your memory and blocked me from being able to contact you." Okami said. I still don't completely understand but I suppose it makes since I barley remember anything about before I left the sand village.

I woke up to see Deidara holding me in his arms and my body still shaking. I looked around a bit to see Kisame and Itachi sitting away from us but obviously watching me closely. I looked back up a Deidara who's just now noticing that I've woken up.

"Yang! Your up." He said excitedly.

"Yeah I guess so. What happened?" I asked unsure of what had happened.

"You passed out from something." Kisame shouted from across the room.

"Are you feeling any better?" Deidara asked.

"Yeah I guess so. How long have I been out?" I asked.

"We were just about to set up sleeping arrangements." Itachi said. Has it really been that long? I wondered. Then I saw Kisame and Itachi stand up and they started setting up a place for them to sleep.

"We should probably set up our sleeping bags as well." Deidara pointed out as I sat up.

"Yeah I guess you're right." I replied. Deidara helped me up as we went over to our bags to retrieve our sleeping bags. We had no need to take watch considering the heavy protection barrier there is surrounding us. Deidara and I put our sleeping bags close to each other mainly because Deidara was still worried about me, even though I told him I'm fine. I closed my eyes before I could be overwhelmed by darkness again and went to bed. However I could still feel myself shaking a bit until I felt Deidara's hand on my shoulder as I drifted off to sleep again.
