My Lovely Zoe (A Zalfie Fanfiction)

(Alfie's POV)

As I lay in bed and the sunshine was peeking through my curtains I heard the tiniest squeak come from my living room. I slowly got up, put on a dirty tee-shirt and opened the door to my bedroom. A smile appeared on my face. Little Zoe Sugg and her petite self was laying on my couch fast asleep.

"Typical." I said laughing a little as I quietly crept into the kitchen.

Zoe was my absolute best friend ever. We tell each other everything and hang out all the time. I guess she didn't want to go home last night after the party so she crashed here. We have been best friends for almost 3 years now and she means so much to me. I walked into the kitchen and decided I wanted eggs.

While I was lifting the frying pan out of the cabinet, I slipped causing all of my pots and pans to come crashing down on the floor.

"Oops!" I mumbled picking everything up.

Classic me, Way to go Alfie buddy, real smooth. As I talked to myself I noticed some movement out of the corner of my eye. I guess I had awakened Zo.

"Well good morning to you too Alfie!" She said rolling her eyes and stretching her arms up.

"Sorry bout that Zo! You know me I try to make some eggs and all I end up making is a racket!" I said laughing.

"It's fine you goof. Let's get those eggs started shall we?" She said as she got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen. My flat wasn't very big considering that I was the only one living in it. But I always had room for Zoe. I peeked over at her as she got the eggs out of the fridge. I have to admit, she looked so cute with no makeup and her crazy messy hair. I turned on the radio and of course One Direction was playing. We both burst out laughing and began screaming the lyrics and dancing around the kitchen. Zoe tossed me and egg and I cracked it and began frying it. We kept laughing.

I felt my phone in my pocket begin to buzz. I reached in and pulled it out, Marcus was calling.

Me: Morning Marc! What can I do for you this fine morning!

Marcus: Good morning mate! Just wondering if you wanted to meet up for lunch today?

Me: Well of course! Mind if I bring Zoe?

Marcus: No not at all!

Me: Alright well I'll see you later than.

Marcus: Bye mate!

I walked back into the kitchen to find Zoe working hard at frying an egg.

"Hey Zoe, You want to come to lunch with me and Marcus today?" I asked as I walked up next to her.

"Of course I do!" She said with a cheeky smile on her face.

"Fantastic!" I said smiling more than I thought I would be.

We finished up our eggs and sat down at the kitchen table. We talked about Jim and Tanya's party last night and about how much fun we had been having. I know today was going to be a great day, I just know it!
