The Day Dream Starts

This is a story I thought of during class. (What do you mean, of course I was paying attention!) I dreamed....

I was in P.E class, all hot and sweaty after a VERY LONG class. "Thank goodness this is my last class for today! I can't wait to get back to watching Jack playing Happy Wheels, or maybe Prop Hunt with Mark! Ahhh," I sighed, as I thought about my heroes. "They always know how to make me smile." As I sit and wait for the bell to ring for the bell to ring, there is a sudden announcement. "Anyone who signed up to be in the YouTube Fans club, please go to the Gym after school today....KSCH" Oh! It was today! I had been waiting for this club for months. My friends and I had spent our entire freshman year trying to get this club going, and finally we had succeeded our sophomore year. We had even managed to contact YouTube to see if we could Skype some you tubers, and they agreed! Even though it may not happen today, just the thought of someday being able to talk to a youtuber or anyone for that matter was really amazing.

"Good thing I'm in the Gym," I thought to myself, "I'll be right on time." My friends, Becky and Ella, and I were the club leaders, so being there on time would be very important. I had heard that a lot of people had signed up for the club, so that was probably why they got the gym signed out to us for the afternoon. Normally, we would meet during study hall, but since today was the first meeting for people to get info, and to see if they wanted to stay in the club, I guess they wanted to give us unlimited time.

People starting coming in a few minutes later, and I greeted a few of them at the door. They all looked super stoked to be in this new club that I had started with a few of my friends. It hadn't been easy, but here we were. Our hope was that the club would someday be able to go to Pax, or Vidcon, if we could raise enough money, but it was only a dream. Today was going to be very fun, and I hoped others would enjoy it too.

I looked at the clock. It read 3:50 pm. "Well, I guess its probably time to start," I thought to myself, "It seems like all the people who signed up have arrived. Well, here goes nothing!" I stand up on the platform, and the voices quiet down.

"Welcome to the 1st meeting of the YouTube Fans club!", the crowd cheers and I go on, "Thank you all so much for all the support you guys have given this club, and thank you all for coming to this first meeting to learn what this is all about! Are you guys ready to FAN GIRL/BOY?!" The crowd unanimously agrees with a cheer, and I grin widely.

"Then let's get started!" The crowd applauds one last time, and they all take a seat. I start my power point talking about the schedule of the club. We would meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 3:45ish to 5:00 pm. Attendance to every meeting was not mandatory, but if you were going to miss more than one club meeting, than you had to contact the club leaders, just so they could keep track of attendance. Mondays would be about the male you tubers, and what our favorite video was of theirs that week, and of course watching some YouTube videos! Wednesdays would be about female you tubers, and what our favorite video was of theirs that week, and then watching their videos. Fridays would be Fan fiction Friday, which would be sharing of fan fictions that people had written.

Time skip to end of the first meeting.....

"Alright, I will see all of you back here next time! Thank you all so much for coming!"

Everyone cheered and slowly filed out.

Time skip to you getting home....................

I check my email and there was a new email from YouTube, and I didn't think much of it, because I always get notifications when anyone posts a new video.

But when I opened the email, it was telling me about how they were really excited about my new club, and asked what the location was so that they can send the club stuff.

I screamed internally, and replied immediately with the address of the school, because I was crazy and didn't think for a second that it was just a Nigerian prince scam or something, but I was so glad that I told them, because what would happen at next weeks meeting would change me and my friends life forever.
