They ended up settling into a cave. Just a regular, hard cave. Jewel was barely strong enough to stand and walk. They didn't get very far before she collapsed. It was horrible, it started to rain and thunder about twenty minutes after Scorch decided to carry Jewel. The good thing was that Aqua stopped the water that got near them mid-air, so they didn't get soaked. It wasn't long before they found shelter, and they took it. Is Scorch starting to believe in me too? Cloud thought, hoping somehow that there was a way to get into Scorch's mind. Luckily for Cloud and Aqua, there was a stream nearby where they could catch fish and quench their thirst. They found a rock that had a large enough indent to fill with fish. Aqua used his powers to control the currents and the water around the fish, making them unable to swim away. And when the fish got near, Cloud could use her paws to slash them with one quick swipe, and they would go flying, to land inside the rock's indent. They found another rock like this, which Aqua filled with drinkable water. Cloud found some dry wood that Scorch agreed to light for a fire, and some twigs to cook the fish. They ended up with about twenty cooked ones left over. It wasn't a problem after that to fall asleep quickly. Jewel was the first one to wake up, fully energized and on top of Scorch again. My orb . . . it's calling me. It's telling me to bring no others for only I am capable of getting there . . . She thought as she remembered her vision. So she took a twig and put five fish on it while making a vine belt to tie it to her waist. She hooked the twig onto the belt and saw that the others were starting to wake up.

She looked at them. "Guys, I think it's time we have to part ways, my orb is calling me. See you after I get my orb." She knew it was best to go alone because only she was capable of finding it; the king's legend had made it clear that only the elemental cat could find their own orb. So she went off into the woods, covering her trail. For once she didn't want them to find her, but even if they had tried they wouldn't have been able to because the trees would close behind her. Still, she didn't want them to get a clue from her paw-prints, so she covered them. When she was younger it was different, but that was the past. I used to have cats that cared about my safety, and were willing to sacrifice their life for me, but I don't need that now. Though, it did help me back then. She thought as she wandered into the woods. But that doesn't matter, I'm not turning into my dad. Suddenly she was falling down from a cliff. BAM! She landed on a boulder that was sticking out, knocked out cold. She began dreaming, half awake and half unconscious. Then there she was with her dad again as she was four years old playing, at the time when he got a message from the king to come to the palace. Her mom was dead but he didn't tell her for a week. She didn't even find out until her mother's funeral. Killed by her best friend's dad, a murderer searching for her mom. The king had told her dad when she was five that she was the one chosen to complete the legend. At first he didn't believe it, but as she grew older, she started doing strange things with plants, some grew faster and similar things happened. So her dad left to find the orb, he wanted to clear the situation himself so his daughter wouldn't have to go though such a horrible battle, and he hoped he could end it all. A year of her life was spent in the palace with a new friend that would die to protect her, one of the king's bodyguards. Then later when her dad returned, the bodyguard killed him, thinking he had returned with the orb. He hadn't. The bodyguard wanted to give the orb to the king to gain his trust before he slayed the king. The dream vision was over, but still she lay there. She didn't want to risk the chance of crying in front of her friends from reliving the worst betrayals of her life. When she was finally ready, she sat up. "Hey guys I got a couple visions last..." she was going to say the word night, but she opened her eyes to see that she was alone. One of the things she had thought was a vision wasn't a vision. It was true. Her running away from the group and falling off a cliff to land on a ledge and needing to get back up to the top of the cliff. It was all the truth. She was alone. But for a reason! She thought to herself, trying to rebuild her confidence. She studied the cliff for a few moments and then closed her eyes and concentrated hard. She remembered the image of the cliff and she slowly began creating a vine. She heard a crack in the ground as a plant sprouted, but she didn't let it break her concentration. In her mind, the vine grew and grew and grew, until it reached the top of the cliff. She tiredly opened her eyes, and the vine was there. She didn't take a break since she didn't want to waste time. But as she began climbing up the vine, it never seemed to end. It was taking a lot longer, and the cliff's edge stayed the same distance away, she looked down though, and saw that she was getting further and further away from the place she had landed when she fell. She knew something was strange and she shivered.
