Chapter 6: Car Ride

"Cher Do You Know The Formula for Zinc and Sulfur mixed with 2 pounds of-" Megan cut him off by chucking a shoe at his head. Cher laughed along with Megan. It was funny and I was doing my best to not laugh. Megan was practically out of her seat on the floor. I hadn't seen her this happy in for ever. I wasn't gonna let Jacob ruin it. He opened his mouth and I put my hand on his arm. That didn't stop him. He opened his mouth and before he could say a word I covered his mouth. Cher raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything. I pulled him close and whispered, "I swear. I have not seen her this happy in forever since Daniel and Tyler started "liking" her. Do Not Ruin It." I said letting go. He kept his mouth shut but I could tell he was still mad. I felt like crying. She had been hurt alot lately and for some reason Luke getting hurt a little made her happy, so I was going to let it go, THIS time. She stopped when Cher asked her why she had been crying. "Its no biggie." she said shrugging. Well At Least It Lasted a couple of seconds of joy. "Come On Megan, Tell Me. There Is NOTHING I haven't expirenced." she said winking. Was That Some Kind Of Inside Joke? "Amanda? What Happene-" She was Cut Off By Megan. "They Soaked Me." she said quietly turning toward the window. Luckily Luke Acted Like A Brother And Took The Shoe And Said, "Hey Megan. Check it Out." as he hit the shoe against his forehead. Megan looked like she was going to cry. "Whoa Sorry Love, Didn't Mean To Upset Ya." Cher said turning left. "You didn't." she responded leaning her head on the cold glass of the window.  "Daniel Is Such A #$&*@$." I said. Megan Didn't Even Try To Argue and stick up for him. All She Said Was, "I know." "Hey I have an idea." I said ready to sink my teeth into that black hole that he called a heart. "Revenge." I said smug. Cher Turned around and said, "I'm In." I was ready to beat the crap out of Daniel. I smiled at the thought of whacking him like a pinata. Only instead of candy it would be bones.
