~Chapter 1~
The last goal was scored as I kicked the ball into the net. The crowd cheered, and my teamates gathered around me congratulating me. It's the first goal I've gotten in awhile this soccer season. I looked over the crowd of people, and there was Adam smiling at me with sparkling eyes. I got into my car to go out to eat with the team like we always do after the games. I was trying to find a song on my radio to listen to, as I heard a tapping on my window. I looked up and saw Adam tapping my window, I rolled it down and he smiled softly at me. "Hey can I have a ride, my parents forgot to come pick me up" He said it in a sweet voice, adding a laugh at the end. I just nodded, not trusting my voice. I watched as he got into the other side of my car. "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS SONG" Adam screamed as Demons came on. I just laughed and drove to Hub Caps where we planned on eating as a team. "The fact your mom forgot about you" I said while laughing. He got out and ran to my side and opened my door. "Trying to be a gentleman are you now?" I said while smiling. He nodded and smiled a goofy smile.
