Prologe

Mia's POV:

Writing in Diary in bed

Ever since I was told by my mom that my dad was is not my real dad. I felt sad, I kept thinking that I'm adopted, that I'm a half child of my parents that I was raised from, I dont know why but I was feeling uncomfortable. You see my mom and dad were the most popular couple in their high school time, mom told me that there were rumors that people call them "LuxXJones cutie pies". Mom also said that she had me when she was 18. Mom sometimes told me stories of my biological father whenever dad was not home. She often told me that she met a man who was 7 years older then her, and her only 16 years old, she met him in the bar and kissed her by the billboard of the ocean, his name was "Eric Daniel". But,  my grandparents told my father to stay away from mom, but they didn't know that mom was pregnant with me, but she didn't want to hurt them after graduation, even dad didn't know that mom was pregnant with me, she told dad, after 4 years they decided to move to Saint Paul, Minnesota. I started my education here when I was 6 years old, before I was never educated when my grandparents gave their share of money which $12 million, which is usable for saving things in money and usable to save money to our home. 

I remember dad telling me that he still loves me even if I didn't have any features of him, but I have attitude like him which he really appreciates. He didn't much bother to ask mom about why I didn't look like him. But only one child had DNA of both mom and dad was Jason, he is the only person who has the same personality and same DNA. Jason is 17 years old, he is my only younger brother only by a month and a year who I care hang out with when I'm lonely, he and I share the problems of dramas that goes in our school. Or talk about events that we were involved in  or bragged by. 

Jason had a best friend in the school, ever since elementary grade 5th- till now, his name is Sam Daniels, who is the hottest guy in school and also popular in school, he is called to be the star of  baseball, rumors runs from girls from our grade to freshmen class that every girl has a dream to date him or go out with him, but we had our secret life. I was married to him by my parents. My mom and father are back together to have a good relationship better from the past that they had to face from. 

Kids see my ring and ask if I was really engaged or married to guy that is rich or famous to anyone, but I said no, I didn't want them to know about this. I was afraid if the rumors spread around, I'm sure that he would found out and run out, the rules to the school was no students from two different schools can be in love. But that didn't work. My only best friend was Cassidy Fink. She is the only one that I trust with my rumors if they are lies or true.
