Max POV
I woke up the next day feeling super happy.
I went downstairs with a smile on my face but quickly faded when I saw the note.Dear Squad,
I've decided to do away with myself.
The hate just got to me.Adam, You are a great friend and roommate and I don't know what I did to deserve that. Thank you.
Shub, I'm so sorry that I did this to you. I couldn't handle it. You were my best friend and I hope you know that.
Ross, You made me realize that boys can be caring. That time in the hallway... Thank you Ross. Thank you.
Max, I'm deeply sorry. I didn't do it on my own will. My depression took over me. I.. I regret jumping. I love you.Bye guys.
~KotaNo....
I picked up the note and took it outside.
The guys were out on the back porch talking.
I slowly opened the door and sat outside.
"Yeah--- Max..?"
Everyone looked my way.
I had my knees to my face, head down.
I handed them the note without even looking up.-two weeks laterrrrr-
I stepped up to the podium and read my goodbyes.
"Kota, I'm so so sorry if I ever frightened you or made you cry or anything. The fact that you would do something like this... Made me think it was my fault. We had only been together for a few days but it felt like years. I'm sorry, Kota. See you in a while."
I stepped off the podium.
That was it.
She was gone.
That one girl who I thought was cute.
That one girl.I'm sorry for the short and late chapter. This book was sort of like a filler, sorta thing to keep you contained with when I was writing my other books.
