Third Person POV
freshman year

Freddy came running up to Zack with the biggest news.

"Dude, I just found the craziest thing out!" Freddy said.

"What?" Zack asked.

"Both Tomika and Summer like you! Way to go man."

"Wait, seriously?"

"Yeah. I've known about Tomika for a while, but I just overheard Summer tell Evie Dolan (A/N shoutout on the next one shot to whoever guesses where she's from and who she plays) that's he has a huge crush on you."

"I thought she liked you."

"Guess not."

We both shrugged.

"So who are you gonna pick?"

"I don't know...."

"C'mon you gotta pick."

"I'm friends with both of them. I can't break either of their hearts."

"Well it's gonna happen either way. So might as well just pick.

Zack held his breath.

"So?"

"I guess I pick Tomika. But don't tell her yet. I want to tell the two girls together."

The next day Zack brought the two girls in front of him. He told them that he knew that both of them had a crush on him. The girls also asked who he would pick.

After moments of silence, he picked Tomika. Summer nodded and ran off crying.

Months later, rumors started.

Zack and Tomika were the school hottest couple!

Summer got in with the wrong crowd and stopped talking to Tomika and Zack. She was constantly trying to fit in with them. She has been in detention every day after school, and she's skipped more days than you count. She was not the same anymore.

But she knew she would never do some things.

But that would come back to bite her.

It was one day, the group was smoking out side on the bleachers. Summer absolutely refused to join in.

That night the "crowd" decided to execute the plan.

They told Summer that they went there a lot, and it was really fun.

It's called the edge. It's about and hour drive from town. It's a popular spot for teenagers.

It's basically just his big cliff with no fence. The city was planning on putting fences up soon.

It wasn't a high cliff, you wouldn't die if you fell off, you would just fall into the river below.

The group knew that Summer couldn't swim and it was time to use it against her.

The group took her to the edge.

It was just the moment when Summer realized that she was making the wrong decision, though she had known it all along.

"I don't want to be part of your group anymore!" She cried out.

The head of the group looked her way.

"You wish is granted." She said, and she pushed Summer off to the river below, Summer couldn't swim. And with the force and the depth, she just couldn't do it. She died from swallowing too much water and deep in so there after.

Three weeks later, the city was putting put the fence, and the police were surveying the are below.

Summer's lifeless body washes up on the shore.

One police office look at the other.

"Looks like we just solved the murder of Summer Hathaway."
