Basically just a triangle with one eye, except her color is white and instead of a bow tie, she wears a necktie. She still has a top hat. The color of her fireballs are purple.
Human form:
Long wavy, white hair, blue eyes, pale skin, shorter than bill by two inches , small rosy pink lips, wears the same clothes Bill wears, but a dress version, she has her top hat floating above her head a few centimeters, wears white flats, white stockings and of course, her black neck tie.
