*Chelsea's POV*

I woke up to the bed dipping and then going back to its normal postion, I slowly opened my eyes and carefully looked around, then I saw Tyler getting ready for work, he works as a teacher. I don't underdstand how he can be a teacher considering he said he never wanted to have kids and has a short temper. But, whatever. I watched him get ready, he put on dress pants and a button up shirt then added a tie and dress shoes. He looked very hot, but I can't, no. I'm leaving and that's final.

He grabbed his bag thing with everything for work in it and walked out to the kitchen to get his breakfast, I know this because he does the same thing every morning and I kind of know it by memory now. I listened to him getting a coffee cup and pick up and put the coffee pot in and out of its holder. Then I heard the microwave, which means he is making a HotPocket. I heard the microwave door close again and then what surprised me was he came back into the room.

I closed my eyes to pretend like I was sleeping and listened as he walked towards the bed. Once he got to the bed he kneeled down on the floor on my side of the bed and whispered, "I love you Chels, I know I have a bad way of showing it, but I regret hitting you and hurting you in any way. I really am, I just hope that one day you can forgive me." Then he got up kissed me on the head and walked out of the room. A couple seconds later I  heard the door close, meaning he left.

Wow, that was unexpected, he never does this. Why now? Oh well, I still have to leave because even though he says that now he is going to hurt me again, even if he doesn't mean it, or regrets it. I am not going to be that girl who always goes back to the man that hurts her just because he says a couple sweet words, no. I am going to stand up for myself and be a strong independant women without him bringing me down.

I got up out of the bed and walked out into the kitchen, I grabbed a water bottle and started drinking it on my way to the door, I locked it on the part that you can't use a key to get in with, so that if he forgot something he would have to wait a second for me to come unlock it and then if I was packing I could undo it. Smart, huh? Yeah, I'm pretty proud of myself, haha.

Once the door was locked I put my water bottle on the counter before going into my room and taking out the suitcase that was in the closet, I opened it and moved the little things that I had already put in there into the corner and started to take all my clothes out of the drawers and packed them into the suitcase. Then I went to the closet, took all the clothes out of there and put them into the suitcase.

I went to the bathroom to make sure I didn't forget anything and then walked around the house taking everything of mine alone the way, like all the pictures of me and my family, or me and my friends, but I left the ones of me and Tyler. I also picked up all of my books, and my laptop and my phone charger. Then I packed everything into the suitcase neatly and zipped it up.

I picked it up and walked out to the living room. I looked out the window to the parking lot and scanned it to make sure that his car wasn't there and then once I saw he wasn't there I picked up my suitcase and phone and walked out of the  building for the last time. On my way down the hallway Julie came out of her apartment and once she saw me she smiled and nodded her head in approval, I smiled back at her and walked out to my car.

I put my suitcase in the car and got into the front and started it, I backed out of the parking lot and started to drive down the road. I was about five minutes away from Steve's house when Tyler called me. I knew that he would hear me driving so I pulled over as fast as I could without getting in trouble and answered the phone. "Hello?"

"Hi."
"Yes?"
"Don't use that tone with me!" He roared into the phone, it sent chills up my body.

"Sorry..."
"It's fine. I'm calling to apoligize about yesterday, okay."
