Your pov

I walked the halls with my best friend, Kim Taehyung, as we were leaded to a grand hall with enormous doors, floating candles lighting up the room with tables across the room. I bit my lip and stared in amazement, what if I don't get into the same house as TaeTae? What if I get stuck in somewhere I don't like?

I twirled around the room in my robe gazing at the lit up candles like it was a bright starry sky. I bumped into someone and quickly apologized. The boy turned around and glared at me. I could feel my eyes welling up. I just got to Hogwarts and now I'm making enemies...I wish V was here...Wait...HE IS HERE...

I turn back and forth looking for him and keeping up with the crowd yet I can't seem to find him. I start to think about the awfully handsom-RUDE little boy I bumped in to. How his lips curved into a slight frown, how his eyes showed so much hate and his hair. His dark brown luscious hair. I wish I could see him smile, just once. I hope we're not enemies, maybe we will be in the same house? I bit my lip again, but harder.

We walked to a table filled with people and I saw a person that made me relax again, Hagrid. He had persuaded me to come to Hogwarts and taught me a couple of spells. I smiled and remained in place as Professor Dumbledore spoke, listening to all the words that escaped his mouth. I began to space out until I heard my name

"(Y/f/n)!"

I walked up to the front feeling all eyes on me. I gulped as I sat down and the sorting hat hummed and thought.
' Please don't let me down fate...'
"Difficult very difficult... You have a brain and extraordinary talent....and a thirst to prove yourself...but where shall I place you? Maybe Slytherin or Gryffindor...you are a tough one..."

"Not Slytherin my parents-"

"Your parents have nothing to do with your fate, you would fit perfectly in Slytherin."

I looked around to see him glaring at me again, as if he wanted me to not be apart of Slytherin. I shook it off and listened to the hat.

"Slytherin will help you in the way to greatness! But if you say no Slytherin so be it, it shall be..."

There was a long pause and silence filled the air

"GRYFFINDOR!" 

I heard loud claps and someone yell something I would only two people would understand.
"MY LADYBUG OVER HERE!"
Me and V. Of course he called me ladybug, all I wear is red and black. We both grew up with one parent who studied magic and another was a muggle, we were half bloods, so we knew we were gonna get it hard and being in the same house helped a lot.

"JEON JUNGKOOK!"

I looked at the boy walking up to the front. He was absolutely, breathtaking.
I could feel my lungs collapse while he walked ever so perfectly to the seat where the hat was placed on his head.

"No Gryffindor? Too much questions especially from the clumsy one? But you will do excellent in Gryffindor....so be it!" He glared at everyone who made eye contact but glared at me the most.

"SLYTHERIN!" Sorting hat yelled, while people cheered. I felt my face heat up and two life changing words had slipped out my mouth.
