I knew as I landed on the beach with Festus, exactly where I was. I didn't even have to open my eyes. After being dead for... I don't even know how long, all I wanted was to be here--with her.
"Sunshine" I said, greeting the love on my life. "I'm back!"
Calypso walked over to me and kicked sand in my face.
"I missed you!" She said. "How long has it been?"
"I don't know"
"What? How? I obviously don't know because time is different here in my island, but how could you not know, Leo?"
"Well, you see..."
I went on to tell her about the battle and the explosion, my death and healing by the physicians cure, my strong will to be back with my love, and my sudden appearance on the island.
"Uhh..." She stammered, her jaw dropping in awe. "I... I... I don't know what to say! You risked your life for the safety of the world and your friends,  you DIED! You were healed by a metallic dragon, and you are the first ever to visit me twice. I... Wow!"

"Look, calypso. I know this seems quite sudden, but what do you think of leaving the island? Even if it is only for a short while?"
"I don't know, Leo. It's been centuries, at least, since I've stepped foot off this island. Why do you ask?"
"Well, I wanted to take you on a date. "
"Well, Leo. You know I am in a difficult situation. I can't just leave this island. I am a prisoner here. I may be able to enjoy nice scenery and a handsome young fella' like you every once in a while, but I'm still a-"
"Calypso! You always have a choice. Do you want to go on a date or not?" I said, possibly involuntarily raising my voice.
"How about we just calm down, Leo. You can spend the night in your old room and we can talk about this in the morning. Okay?"
"Okay, my dear." I said, turning towards the place I used to sleep at, all those nights ago.
