"Calum. Get your lazy ass out of bed or you'll be late for school." I yelled. "You sound like my mom." He yawned. "Your mom would've dragged you out of bed. I'm not like that." I smiled.

I was in a pretty good mood considering I was starting collage today. Calum and I both got ready before we took the car to school, parking on the car park and heading in. We both received our timetables from reception and saw we had a couple of classes together.

"Megan! Hi." The familiar now blond haired boy waved before rushing over to me. "Hey Michael, have you got your timetable yet?" I asked. He nodded and showed me. "We have bio together." I smiled. "Oh, this is Calum, my flat mate and boyfriend. Cal this is Michael. The one I told you about when I went to visit my Aunt Claire." I explained. "nice to finally meet you." Calum smiled. "yeah, you too. So how long have you been dating?" He asked. "A week." I replied as we headed towards the cafeteria.

"I'm getting a coffee." Calum said before joining the long line of people. "So, you're over that Luke guy then?" Michael asked as we sat at a table. "yeah, I am. I love Calum and he was my first crush." I felt a blush creeping up on my cheeks, so I rested my face in the palms of my hands. "Cute, and also sickening." He smirked.

"I will not tolerate any bad behaviour in my class. I know you're seventeen, eighteen years of age and don't want to be bossed around by a teacher anymore, but this is still school." The maths teacher went on, draining whatever energy I had left in me out of me. The first day of collage had been kind of stressful. Finding classes was hard work and so was finding the right place to sit for a full year. Luckily maths was the last lesson of the day and we didn't do too much work before I could finally go home with my boyfriend.

I met with Calum outside the front gates and we headed for his car parked around the corner. "So, how was your first day of collage?" He asked. "Not as bad as I thought it was going to be." I replied as we both ducked into the black car and drove to our apartment. I was actually enjoying living with Calum. It was a little awkward for the first few days before we soon clicked again and instantly became best friends like we used to be. Now he's officially my boyfriend which makes it a whole lot easier.

"So tonight, I was thinking chicken nuggets for dinner." Calum said, digging through the freezer. "Chicken nuggets it is." I nodded.

Calum poured the nuggets onto a tray and shoved them into the oven to cook before slouching down next to me and wrapping his arms around me. "I love being able to do this whenever I want without it being weird." He said as he rested his head on my shoulder. "I just wish we could be honest with our parents."

If our parents found out we were dating, we would be forced to move out and back into our parents houses. They were all about us being bestest of friends but the minute anything 'lovey' happened they hated it. I could understand where they were coming from in some way, but were technically allowed to make our own choices at our age.

"Me too." I nodded, playing with the ends of his brown, shaggy hair. We sat in a comfortable silence as the nuggets cooked before Calum grabbed them from the oven and served them on a plate.
