He kept thinking more and more. How could he leave me like this? How can he even think of doing this to me when I didn't even know his name? These questions kept disturbing him. He decided to end it all. He was locked in his room for three days. Finally the new father along with the police was able to break open the door. Charles lay on the bed, silent, motionless. They rushed to him and tried to wake him up. Very soon they came to know that he had taken poison and didn't had much time. They took him to the hospital and he was taken to the operation theatre immediately. It took a long time checking him. The doctors said that the poison was too strong for such a weak boy and that it had been too late. They all had given up hope while his mother kept on praying for him. Days and months passed by but there was no sign of his recovery. One day while as usual his mother was praying  for him she felt like the prayers were successful. She had a sudden change of felling, a feeling of joy filled her mind. She asked the doctors to check him for a last time. Everyone thought that she had gone mad at the sight of losing her son but she pleaded in front of them. The doctors went in without hope and amazingly found that Charles had started breathing again. After a few days he was fine and everyone said that it was a miracle that had made the boy stand on his feet after such a long period of time. His mom and D's dad had got him a dog. It was a golden retriever. It came to recognize him very easily since it was a puppy. He spent much of his time with it. One day, as usual his dog and parents came to drop him at the bus stop. The weather was not so fine. It looked as if something wrong was going to happen. The dark clouds stormed the sky. Thunder rumbled, the sky seemed to cry out at its loudest. Charles didn't seem to be afraid of the weather. He wasn't afraid of anyone. Suddenly the ground started to tremble. Buildings started falling, people started running, screaming crying. At the same instant the clouds gave a heavy downpour. Charles fainted at the moment.
