3 hours later...

(Robert's POV)

When we brought Dylan home yesterday, he had been the best highlight of Kristen's relationship with me. I had been the happiest man on earth and she was ecstatic the whole ride home.

"OMG! Rob! Rob!" She said excitedly, cradling Dylan in her arms.

I rushed to her side. "What? What is it?"

"He opened his eyes!" She smiled widely as Dylan's eyes opened.

"Look, he has your eyes!" I kissed her cheek and hugged her from behind, with my chin on her shoulder.

She smiled. "I love you so much!"

"I love you more!" I kissed her jaw and her cheek. "You're going to be an amazing mother!"

"And you're going to be the best father! Hopefully..." I let out a little chuckle while she giggled.

5 months later...

(Kristen's POV)

Being a mother was so awesome, I thought that it would be harder, it has its difficulties but it's nothing that hard.

In the mornings, I would change his diaper, in the afternoons Rob would change his diaper and in the evenings we would both change it.

Last month we took the baby to England so he could visit Clare and Richard (his grandparents) including Lizzy and Vicki who were more ecstatic and wanted to hold him for most of the time.

My parents were extremely happy for Dylan and us, so were my brothers. I was resting in bed when I felt Dylan's soft hand touch my face. I opened my eyes and smiled, Rob was holding Dylan right beside me and was controlling his arm to flop on my face.

I giggled and kissed Dylan's hand and sat up. Rob cuddled up to me and placed Dylan on top of our thighs.

He was making gurgling noises and making motor noises with his lips.

I turned my face so was Rob was facing me and kissed him deeply.
