Jen Tovar Leon's POV

Calum is honestly one of the sweetest boyfriends I could ever ask for, he's so kind and caring, and doesn't care what people think of me or our relationship.

Yeah, he can get cocky sometimes, but that's part of what makes him, him.

We're laying on the couch watching shows on Netflix and we've been doing this all day.

His head is resting on mine and my head's in the crook of his neck. His arm wrapped around my waist, and my hand connecting with his at the hip.

And I couldn't be any happier.

I could do this all day, for days at a time.

I just get a kind of feeling with Calum that makes me feel at home, safe, protected, and just happier.

I wouldn't leave him for the world.

"I love you." I accidentally whisper.

Shit! That wasn't supposed to come out! What is he gonna think of me, now? That was wayyyyy too soon, Jen!! He's gonna think I'm some creep or someth-

Before I can finish my thoughts, I feel Calum's lips capture mine. I'm
surprised at first, but soon react.

When we pull away, he looks in my eyes and smiles.

"I love you too."

An immediate smile makes its way over my face and I smile so hard my cheeks hurt.

"Yay!" I say, since there's nothing else to say.

"You're so cute." He chuckles.

"Not as cute as you."

"Cute as a button." He taps me on the nose.

"Thank you."

"For what?" He furrows his brows.

"Just being here. For me. And for being you."

"Same to you. You make me feel things I've never felt before, and I used to be scared of these feelings, since they were unfamiliar. But I've learned that they're good feelings. And I never wanna let them go."

I can't help but smile widely with each word that comes out of his mouth.

"Me neither. I never wanna let you go." I respond, squeezing Calum's hand tighter.

"You're so perfect, I'm jealous." He chuckles.

"Would you just shut up." I laugh.

He makes a pouty face but quickly returns to normal.

"Ugh I'm so grateful to have you." I exhale in relief.

"Someday I'll propose."

"And someday I'll say yes." I whisper.

"Let's sleep."

"Okay." I sigh, tangling my legs with Calum's and grabbing the blanket from off the floor in front of me and switch the tv off.

Almost instantly, he falls asleep.

But I, I think about how grateful I really am for Calum and how much I love him. Eventually I start thinking about our future. I'm just so much happier with him in my life.

I love you guys, I'm sorry for not updating. School started on the 17th and I've been nothing but busy ever since. I already had homework on the first day and have had it almost every day since. Warning: ONLY 2 MORE CHAPTERS LEFT!! Then I'll start my Ashton book. I'll do a little excerpt from it in this book If you guys want..comment here if you want one!!
