Likes: Music, Sleeping, Playing video games, and Slacking off on tasks that don't involve him fighting something.
Dislikes: People sometimes, too much bullshit in one place, being forced to fight, being flirted on. (He can't handle it.)
Physical Stature: 6'0, fair skin, deep black eyes, medium blue-black hair, slender frame, and hollow bones like a bird.

Weapon: "Reaper of Sorrows" An enchanted scythe that feeds off its wielder's negative emotions. The more angrier, saddened or fearful he/she becomes, the more power that it has to cut through things.
Backstory: Once ago, there was an old training ground atop a large hill above the city of Vale. In these grounds, orphans were subjected to training in armed or unarmed self defense. During one outing, Cerulean was just wondering outside with a mentor before he stumbled upon his weapon. He picked it up, and felt a surge go through him like he just linked with the scythe. He takes it with him and over the course of six years, he trained to be measured to hold a quarter of the skill that the famed hunter Qrow Branwen has. At age twelve, he learned the scythe feeds on his negative emotions. Now, at age sixteen, he heads into Vale to learn about the culture he's never experienced, and become a hunter that...is lost to time because he doesn't care for the status really.
Aura Color: Faded Rainbow
Semblance: "Reset Button" The ability to instantaneously replenish his stamina, and physically repair all his damage, including severed limbs.
Semblance Weakness: Has to wait two hours before using it again or the process will be excruciatingly painful. It completely drains him of aura at that expense. It doesn't work if his head is severed.
Home Kingdom: Vale, but doesn't really have one.
Alliance: Appears to not have one...really is unknown.
