Married away

         "It's a baby girl!" A voice exclaimed holding a newborn child in his arms,this man was the doctor for the royal family." Sawa can  you believe it,finally a daughter I love her". Queen Marie spoke happily even through her pain and exhaustion,she was handed the new princess of Betholimi." I know Marie the boys will have fun seeing a new girl to scold them here". King Sawa said his smile old,but it was still perfect.
 
    "Her name shall be Stasia,meaning resurrection." Marie said softly laying back. Sawa nodded smiling." I love it now sleep dear,we can wonder all about her when you wake". He whispered moving her hair back out of her face. Marie nodded soflty and the candles were blown out,the queen gently fell asleep holding the new princess of Betholimi.

~ten years later~

"Ha I beat you again Tom,you have to get better at fighting". A voice said teasingly,it didn't belong to a man but a young lady. Her name was Stasia the only princess of Betholimi and the only princess who acted like a man." Oh be quiet you shouldn't even act like this,you are a princess so act like one". Her brother Tom said he was 15 while she be ten.
Stasia glared acted held her sword up." You act like a woman why is it ok? And not ok for me to act like a man. Brother you know I love fighting,shooting arrows,arrows and want to lead an army". She said it was her dream to lead the army she never liked girly things,unless swords horseback riding and wearing men's clothes counted. Sadly they didn't.

"Sister mother hates you acting like this,arrows and fighting it just gets on my nerves so stop". Tom said putting away his sword. Stasia sighed as she put hers away." You are just mad I beat you again. She said and got on her horse." I shall be in the woods having fun". She smirked her brother who hated the woods,and with a flick of the reins she was off.
Tom watched as she rode off and sighed." I might die if this keeps up. I should tell mother tho". He said taking his horse back to the stables. Tom walked in the castle to only see his mother and father,wouldn't it be grand to tell them Stasia left...

~six years later~

Stasia now led the army even tho her  mother forbidden it." Ha another win,and soon we shall rules over Dethomi". Her voice echoed through the trees along with the sound of horses walking." Sister please stop this gallavanting now,you could have been hurt and one day you could be killed". Tom said he was now 21 and trying to keep his sister safe
Stasia glared as she looked back,once again her brother gave her the same speech it was a common thing." Will you stop it now! I am perfectly fine and I always have been,keep the speech up and  I might as well hang myself". She exclaimed over reacting." Now I must tell father of the recent battle, now go play dress up as the woman you are". Stasia spoke and started to go faster,leaving an angry Tom to deal with the army.

Hey guys,I know this is short but I just wanted a nice beginning before I write all the drama. I hope you guys will like this book it's based off of many different things. Like role play ,books I've read,and my imagination.
To summarize this is in medieval times,where the princess would be forced to marry a man they never loved,but what if one princess were to change how others thought about them?
