Chapter 1: The Note

Chapter 1: The Note

     *pant pant*

"Maka!! Maka!!" A cheerful voice had yelled from across the long hallway.

As I turned around I was suprised to see Patty yelling and screaming my name.

"Hi Patty, cant talk gotta go!" I had yelled back while running down the stairs.

As I ran down the stairs I had pass by Kid, who had a serious face as usual but instead of stopping and saying hi I just kept running.

"I need to deliver this note." I had said to myself while passing the corner toward the locker room.

     *pant pant*

"I'm finally here." I had said to myself as I stuck the note in his locker.

     *sigh*

"I did it.. I'm finally gonna tell him my feelings.." A sigh of relief was finally let out as I leaned on the lockers. I also then heard the door opening and a couple of distant voices.

"Oh crap! Their back.." I had said in shocked and ran around the corner. I stayed behind the corner for awhile and listened to who ever was there.

"So Soul.. Who do you like? Come on you can tell me, I'm your best friend." A voice had said while trying to persuade.

Sounds like Black*Star.. I had thought to myself. There was also a awkward silence for about 2 minutes, I wonder what he's thinking right now?

"N-no one." Soul had said in a quiet low voice as he opens his locker.

"Huh? A note?" Soul had asked wondering who it's from.

"Haha maybe it's from Maka." Black*Star had said while chuckling.

Right after I heard that I instantly got butterflies. What do I do? He has the note now...

"No it can't be. She doesn't like me." Soul had said in a cold harsh way.

My heart had nearly stopped when he had said that. I hope he reads the note soon.

"Let me see that!" Black*Star had said while snatching the note.

"H-Hey..!" Soul had hollered while slightly blushing.

At that moment I got a worried feeling because Black*Star is now gonna know. I must do something quick! But instead of doing anything I just slid down the wall and started covering my face in embarrassment.

*RIIIINNNNGGGG RIIIINNNNGGGG*

"Oh uh my phone." Black*Star said while reaching for his phone.

"Hello? Yes, Tsubaki? Uh huh.. Ok I'll be out." "Yeah I gotta go that was Tsubaki I forgot I had to walk her home." Black*Star had said while handing the note back to Soul.

"I'll see you tomorrow!" He said dashing out the door.

     *sigh*

"Oh Black*Star what am I gonna do with you?" Soul had said while staring at the note.

I kinda peeped my head out to see what he was doing and right when he turned toward my direction I turned really fast hiding behind the corner again. I had closed my eyes and a stampede of butterflies trampled in my stomach again.

Oh god did he see me? I had said in my head while blushing, with my eyes closed.

     *heavy breathing*

"Huh?" I had said opening my eyes.

"S-Soul?!" I had said blushing deeper.

"W-Wha.." Before I got to finish his lips were already touching mine.

So then I just closed my eyes and went with it...
