Chapter 1

Here I was running for my life with 12 walkers behind me wanting to eat me alive. Out of nowhere a big tree stump that I didn't see was in my way. I tried to jump it, but just ending up tripping on it. I turn be hide me and the walkers got closer. I started crawl away, eventually I got back on my feet and started to run away still. I have been running away for about 30 minutes till I got really tired of running. I climbed up in a tree about 10 feet in the air. I tied a rope around the tree trunk and

myself so I wouldn't fall to the ground when I was sleeping.

***Tristyn's dream***

I was sitting. Sitting in a grassy field, when I heard the voice of one person I have known an missed. My mom. "Mom is that you?!?" I said with excitement. "Yes dear it's me" "Oh mom I've missed you so much, where are you?" "Turn around dear" I did that exact same thing. When I turned around I missed that face that I haven't seen in almost 2 years. I gave her a big hug and she returned on back. "Okay Tristyn I have some very important information to tell you, so listen" "Okay" I replied. "There's a prison 5 miles north, you need to go!" "Okay, I will right when I wake up, I promise!" "Alright sweetie I got to go I'll see you soon." She said and gave my a hug and a kiss on the forehead before leaving in to the sunlight.
