"And this is Jade Tucker on 101.9! Here is the requested song, 'Little Lion Man' by Mumford and Sons."
"Weep for yourself, my man. You'll never be what is in your heart. Weep Little Lion Man,"
"you're not as brave as you were at the start!" I sing along as I pull up to Hung's Chinese Restaurant, "Rate yourself and rake yourself, take all the courage you have left!"
I push past the big wooden doors and the same song blasts through the ceiling's speakers.
"And it was not your fault but mine. And it was your heart on the line!"
"Hello, Steph."
"Hello, Harry." Steph greets me as she adjusts the blue headband around her bright ginger hair, "The usual for you and El?"
"Yes ma'am." I nod.
"THE USUAL FOR ELOUISE AND HARRY!" she yells as she sticks her head out the kitchen window behind her, "How is El doing by the way? She hasn't come by here in forever."
"I don't know, actually. I haven't seen much of her lately myself so I'm going over to her flat today." I say, drumming the beat of the song on the counter with my fingers.
"I swear to God, Styles. You two are meant to be! When are you going to man up and ask the bird out?" she asks, as she types away on her cash register.
I shrug and hand her a twenty pound note, "The extra change is for you, Steph."
"What? No!" she refuses, slapping away the money.
"Seriously, Steph. Please take it." I beg, bending over to pick up the paper, "I know you need it for your house."
She purses her pink lips and eyes the note wearily. "Thank you, Harry." she says, taking it from me with reluctance.
"You're very welcome, Stephanie." I smirk, cheekily, stressing the name she loathes.
"I told you not to call me that, Harold!"
"And I told you not to call me Harold."
"ORDER FOR ELOUISE AND HARRY!" the chef yells, placing a brown bag on the kitchen window sill.
Steph takes the brown bag and shoves it in a plastic one that has a big yellow smiley face plastered on it with 'HAVE A NICE DAY' printed in big bold letters.
How cute.
"Thanks again, Harry." Steph says as I begin to push past the big wooden doors.
"No problem, Steph."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Where is it?" I mumble, searching my pockets for my copy of Elouise's flat key.
"Ugh." I groan, realising my mistake. "I left it at home."
I set down the warm bag and stand on my toes, running my hand across the top of the door.
"Here it is!" I say, pulling down the spare key.
I stick the piece of metal into the door and push it open.
"HONEY I'M HOME!" I yell at the top of my lungs, "What the heck is that smell, Ellie?"
I adjust the bag on my arm and follow the rubbish smell to the kitchen.
"Oh my God, Ellie what the bloody he'll have you done?" I chuckle as I find her trying to sweep what looks like pancake batter. Whatever the heck it is, it's all over the kitchen floor.
"I was trying to make waffles." she pouts.
"Okay, firstly, that is not how you clean up waffle batter." I say taking the broom away from her, "Using rags would be easier."
"Okay, I'll go get some." she says, hurrying off to the laundry room.
We finish cleaning up the mess in under half an hour and end up sitting next to Elouise with towels spread out on her queen sized bed and boxes of chow mein and chicken sitting in front of us.
"So what should we watch?" I ask, turning the telly to Netflix.
"The Breakfast Club!" she squeals, the Brighton accent chipping at her voice as she picks up her chopsticks.
"Why don't we watch something that's not American? How about Doctor Who?"
"No, I wanna watch The Breakfast Club!" she whines.
"Doctor Who!"
"But 1985 in America was awesome!"
"Matt Smith though!"
"The Basket Case!"
"The Sonic Screwdriver!"
"The Brain!"
"The Daleks!"
"The Athlete!"
"Cybermen!"
"Eat my shorts!"
"Fine, we'll watch the film." I surrender, flailing my arms about.
"YES!" She cheers as she stuffs a piece of General Tso's chicken in her mouth.
I search The Breakfast Club on Netflix and play the film.
""And these children that you spit on, as they try to change their worlds are immune to your consultations. They're quite aware of what they're going through. David Bowie." Elouise recites, covering her eyes with her hands.
"Show off." I tease through my mouthful of chow mein.
"Oh my God, Harry!" she exclaims, "Don't talk with ya mouth full, ya bugger!"
"Shut up, will you? The film is starting."
"Dear Mr. Vernon...we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was that we did wrong, what we did was wrong."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Harryyyy!" Elouise coos, "Hazza, wake up."
"Shut up, will you? I'd like to sleep if you don't mind." I whine, closing my eyes tighter.
"HAROLD! WAKE THE BLOODY HELL UP!" she yells, hitting me with a pillow.
"Fine! Fine! I'm up!" I chuckle, "What do you want, Ellie?"
"Just get dressed, yeah? I cleaned your clothes and put them in the bottom drawer of my dresser. Oh, and I think you left your shampoo in my bathroom again." she smirks at me before exiting her bedroom.
After she closes the door, I stretch my arms and let out a loud yawn. I make my way over to her black dresser and open up the bottom drawer. I pull out my pair of black skinny jeans, my plain white V-neck shirt, and head over to Elouise's bathroom.

Hello! This is my first ever fan fiction.
Firstly, I need to apologize to my Twitter friends for being Twitter-less for over a week especially to Lauren for not tweeting her on 1Dday. So for that, I'm dedicating this chapter to her. Not only for that, but also because she came up with the title! Yay, Lauren!!!
So, please let me know in the comments if I should make the chapters longer, or if I should edit something in here.
Oh I also need help with the book cover?? I don't know how to make one or what sooo if could make me one I'd be very very grateful!!!
Thank you x
