Chapter two: Flames part 1
Ever since Shadow and Frosty got Shadows missing exceed named Momo, Shadow as been training nonstop to get stringer so he can protect his friends. " Hey Shadow stop pushing yourself to hard " Said Erza. " Sorry but I need to get stronger " Said Shadow. " Hey Shadow remember that one time you pushed yourself to hard and passed out in the middle of training " Said Erza. " Yeah but that's proof that I'm not strong enough " Said Shadow. As Shadow said that, Shadow started to lose balance and then he fell to the ground. " I told you you should stop pushing yourself to hard " Said Erza. A week pasted and Shadow finally wakes up. Shadow notices Erza sleeping right next to him. When Erza wakes up she realizes that Shadow is awake. " Hey Erza why were you sleeping with me " Said Shadow. " I was worried about you " Said Erza. " I'm fine, but thanks for worrying about me " Said Shadow. " I know but I also wanted to ask you something else when you woke up " Said Erza. " Oh yeah and what's that " Said Shadow. " Would you like to go on a date sometime " Said Erza. " I would like that, plus I can use a break from training for awhile " Said Shadow. " Really yay, you don't know how much that means to me " Said Erza. " Well I'm just glad your happy " Said Shadow. A week past and Shadow is finally well enough to get out of bed. Erza walks into Shadow's room and gives him a hug. " Hey Shadow are you ready for our date " Said Erza. " More than anything " Said Shadow. " That's great to hear " Said Erza. " Well let's get going I want this date to last most of the day " Said Shadow. " Ok, let's get going " Said Erza.
Shadow and Erza walk around town until they reach a restaurant. " Hey are you hungry " Said Shadow. " Yeah let's go eat in here " Said Erza. " I'll buy since I just did this mission that had a great reward " Said Shadow. " Well thank you " Said Erza. Shadow and Erza go into the restaurant and sit down. Shadow orders a lot of meat and Erza orders some strawberry cake. After they are done eating they start to walk around the town some more. " So Shadow how is your training going " Said Erza. " I think that I've grown stronger, but only a little bit though " Said Shadow. " That's a good thing, right " Said Erza. " It kinda is in a way " Said Shadow. " So why did you decide to join fairy tail " Said Erza. " Well I needed to be in a guild to earn some money " Said Shadow. " That's cool but why fairy tail and not some other guild " Said Erza. " Well I felt like fairy tail was family to me " Said Shadow. " Really, well that is awesome " Said Erza. " Yeah it kinda is " Said Shadow. Shadow and Erza walk back to the guild.
" So Shadow what are you going to do now " Said Erza. " I'm going to train some more " Said Shadow. " Really, I was hoping you would spend some more time with me " Said Erza. " Oh well sorry, but how about we go on another date tomorrow " Said Shadow. " Do you really mean it " Said Erza. " Of course I mean it " Said Shadow. " Well sure lets go on another date tomorrow " Said Erza. Shadow starts to train and Erza heads back home. " So Shadow how was your date " Said Frosty. " Oh hey Frosty " Said Shadow. " You didn't answer my question " Said Frosty. " Oh well it was good " Said Shadow. " That's good, i heard your going on another one tomorrow " Said Frosty. " Yeah, why do you want to know this " Said Shadow. " Well I was wondering if you want to go on a double date " Said Frosty. " What do you mean " Said Shadow. " I mean that I have a girl friend too so we should invite both our girlfriends to a date " Said Frosty. " That sounds like a great idea " Said Shadow. A day has passed and Shadow and Erza meet up with Frosty and Virgo at the train station. " Hey guys how are you doing " Said Shadow. " We're fine, how are you " Said Frosty. " Good well we better get going the train is about to leave " Sadi Erza. The four get on the train. Shadow and Frosty have a major case of motion sickness. Erza knocks both Shadow and Frosty out. In Shadows dream he hears his parents voice. " Hey Son how are you doing " Said Shadows parents. " I'm fine but why did you leave me " Said Shadow. " We wanted you to grow stronger " Sadi Shadows parents. " So you abandoned me " Said Shadow. " Yes but we did it for you " Said Shadow. " I don't want to talk to you " Said Shadow. " We understand your anger but we need to warn you about something " Said Shadows parents. Meanwhile the four arrive at there destination. " Hey Shadow wake up " Said Erza. Frosty wakes up but Shadow doesn't. " Shadow we came to warn you about a very strong person who wants to kill you " Said Shadows parents. " Why would they want to kill me " Said Shadow. " Because of your true power " Said Shadows parents. " What do you mean true power " Said Shadow. " We can't tell you but for now we must go " Said Shadows parents. " Wait I need to know more " Said Shadow. " We're sorry but we need to go " Said Shadows parents. Shadow wakes up and then realizes that the others were waiting for him. " Sorry guys I slept in a little " Said Shadow. " It's fine were just glad your ok " Said Erza. The four exit the train but then Erza and Virgo pass out. Shadow and Frosty can barley stand. " What's happening to us " Said Shadow. " I don't know, but I don't like it " Said Frosty. Shadow and Frosty pass out. " I'm sorry but I do not wish to fight you in an open place " Said An unknown voice.
