Chapter one: The first day of high school
Sup! I'm Savannah and can you believe it high school already and me and my best friend Dasha are both going to the same high school
Cristo Rey.
Dasha: are you ready for the first day of high school? Because as soon as we get their we are going. Rule that school.
Savannah: girl you don't know that we going to be with all grades because it is different from 8th grade because you haft to watch who you are friends with to"
Dasha stayed over that night so we can go to school together and when we got their all we saw was cute boys and then we got out of the car and started walking into the school. We went to the office so we can find our lockers
Turns out we are not next to each other with the locker and we only have four class together out of all eight classes.
The bell had ringed and our first class was physic and we like the teacher, his name was Mr. Chaney and he was really funny and for the first day he had us to get up and say our names and tell what we did over the summer.
When I stood up I said my name is Savannah and I spent the summer with my best friend Dasha and we went to California for the summer.
The bell had ringed and another girl name Mia walked up to me and said "hi my name is Mia" hi I'm Savannah this Dasha
Welcome to cristo Rey! Come on I'll introduce you to my friends
Savannah, Dasha this is jasmine, Aliya and this is Chris
Guys this is Savannah and Dasha this is they're first year at Cristo Rey hey, what up they all said and it was really weird because Chris keep on staring at Savannah
The bell had ringed and Savannah went to her locker and Chris had followed her and he said so Savannah what class do you have next huh I have algebra next you me too cool
Come on I'll walk with you they walked to class and he sat next to her too and the teacher walked in and said good morning class take out your note books and lets get started
Chris whisper to Savannha saying that this is Ms. Scott she is very strived but all you got to do is turn in all your work and do your homework and pass her test and you will pass her class
She looked at him said that's all and looked at the teacher
They went over order of operation, but to Savannha it was easy because she is good with numbers and she was always a A student then the bell ringed
Chris caught up with Mia and Jasmine I walked to my lock and their was Dasha and she looked like she had something to tell me
Dasha: I just got asked out by a soft more!
Savannha: No way!! It is only the first day and you already got boys running after you
Dasha: yeah, so what about you because Mia tells me that Chris kinda like you
Savannha: really! Cause I thought he was just being nice because turns out I have most of my classes with him
Dasha: you think that with every boy! I think you need get your head out of them books for a min and look at some of these boy that like you
Savannha: Maybe? Your right I mean it's high school
Dasha: ok girl I haft to I got PE, what do you have next?
Savannha: I have Spanish
After that the bell ringed and I walked into class and when I looked up their was Chris and when I walked in and sat down, Chris stopped talking to his friend and came over and talked to me along with Jasmine.
Chris: so Savannha how you liking Cristo Rey?
Savannha: I like it is a really great school
Jasmine: don't mined him he's just trying to work up to the question
Then Chris pulled jasmine to the side and they was whispering and when they got down jasmine sat down and Chris looked at Savannha until the teacher told him to go sit down. The teacher welcomed every body back to school and everyone moaned.
The teacher started speaking in Spanish and some of the students looked at her like she was crazy,besides me and jasmine.
Ms. Hernandez: !Hola! ?Como te llamos?
Savannha: Me gusta Savannha
Ms.Hernandez: Savannha you speak Spanish
Savannha: yes because my great grandmother was by langue and her Favorite so she taught me Spanish and chines
After that the teacher went on with the lesson and she handed out homework before the class was over and she said it has to be turned in tomorrow in the beginning of class or it will dock our grades. But knowing me I finished it in class. Then I raised my hand
Savannha: Can we turn in homework for extra credit if we finish it in class?
Ms.Hernandez: Yes you can and Savannha I might just give you more advanced work since you are done and all right answer too
The had ringed and it was last hour and I walked to my locker, as I get my stuff for gym Chris comes up to my locker
Chris: you can speak Spanish
Savannha: yes I can because I learned it, why are having trouble in her class?
Chris: Yes! And I was wondering if you could tutor me?
Savannha: Yeah! I love to help you ok so let me now, when you want to start, but I'm sorry I haft to go to PE
Chris: cool!! And I'll talk to you later
You can hear the nerves in his voice when he talks to me and it's like he try's to act cool and say something before he thinks about it, but that's how some boys are when they like girls, but that's them.
The PE teacher split us up into two groups so one group can go in the weight room and the rest of us would stay in the gym doing stations.
After like five rotation the bell had ringed and I went to my lock to get ready to go home and then Dasha came up with her new boyfriend.
Dasha: Savannha this is Mikel and he's a soft more
Savannha: hi I'm Savannha, I'm Dasha best friend and Dasha come my here, she's waiting on us
Dasha: ok! I'll talk to you later Mikle, text me
Mikle: you know I will girl
Then they kissed and he left then we left for the car and we got in and like all mothers she says this how was your first day of high school
Both: it was so awesome!!
