Two

Jungkook's pov

Friday comes and I get a text from Y/N telling me to meet her at her house.
I go downstairs and see my mom sitting on the couch, she looks over her shoulder and notices me putting on my beanie "Where're you going, Jungkook?" I look at her whilst I fix my hair "Oh, I'm going to Y/N's house."

"Doesn't she have a boyfriend?" I arch my eyebrow and look at her questioningly, nodding my head at her question "Uh, yeah. I already told you this." She smiles and hums in response "Oh, well have fun.." I wave goodbye and drive to Y/N's house.

I arrive at Y/N's house and see a car I've never noticed before in her drive way. I get out of the car and walk to the front door. Knocking on the door,
I take two steps backwards and wait.
A few seconds later the door opens, revealing Y/N.

She immediately smiles when she sees me, I return the gesture "Hey, Kookie!" I wave as she moves to the side to let me in. Once I enter she closes the door and walks in front of me "Hey, I saw a car in the driveway, who's is-"

As soon as I enter the living room I felt shattered. Mason was sitting on one of the couches. He looks at me and grins "Hey, Jungkook." I swallow hard and avoid his gaze, forcefully smiling at him "Oh, it was your car. Hey, Mason.."

"Yeah, didn't I tell you Mason was coming?" No. You didn't actually. I shake my head and chuckle "Ah, that's right. You "totally did." She smiles and looks at her phone. Soon I hear footsteps coming down the stairs.

I turn around and see Y/N's older brother walk into the living room
"Who else is coming?" Y/N looks up from her phone "Just Hoseok should be coming soon." Jin nods and walks towards the pantry "Alright, I'll grab some more snacks."

Jin's coming? and Hoseok? Why didn't she tell me all these people were coming?

After a while Hoseok finally shows up and we go in separate cars. I somehow ended up with Y/N. It was really hard trying to hide my excitement "Um, I'll drive." We get into the car and I start driving.

She leans back in the seat and runs her hand through her hair "Ahh~ It feels good to be away from my boyfriend and be with my best friend." She looks over at me and smiles, I chuckle and nod at her statement "Yeah.."

She opens up my glove compartment and her mouth opens "Oh my god.."
She pulls out my polaroid camera
"I can't believe you kept this all these years." Y/N gave me that for my 9th birthday. I shrug as I look back at the the road. "Yeah, guess it meant a lot to me."

She points it towards me and takes a picture "How nostalgic.." When the picture was done processing, she takes it out and examines it. She stares at it for quite some time "This is a good picture of you. I'll keep it." I laugh, glancing at her "You should take a picture of yourself so I can have one of you."

She smiles and nods. Lifting the polaroid up to her face, she puckers her lips and squint her eyes. The polaroid flashes and she lowers it down. After waiting a few seconds, she pulls out the picture and looks at it.

"You'll like this." She waves the picture in her hand, giggling as she yawns "You should take a nap, I'll wake you up when we get there."

She puts the photo and the Polaroid back into the glove compartment and closes it "I guess you're right." She hugs herself and leans her head against the window. As she closes her eyes she smiles "We should do this more often. Just me and you."

I look over at her, I felt pain in my heart as I looked back at the road "Yeah, we should."

I stop at a red light and look over at
Y/N, she was sound asleep. She looked so peaceful. She was smiling in her sleep, I couldn't help but admire how cute she looked when sleeping.

"Jungkook..." My eyes widen. Did she.. I look back at the road and put both my hands on the wheel. Did she really say my name? The light turns green and I start driving again. All I was thinking about was Y/N saying my name in her sleep.

What was she dreaming about? For some reason I found myself smiling.

A few minutes later we arrive at the concert. I park the car and lean back into my seat. I turn my head towards
Y/N who was still sleeping. Her lips looked so soft. I look around then back at Y/N.

I quickly move towards her and give her a peck on her lips and move back.
I was holding my breath the whole time. I take a big gasp of air.

I freak out when I hear a knock on my car window. I look to the left and see Hoseok telling me to hurry up. I nod and shake Y/N's shoulder to wake her up. We get out the car and Y/N runs over to Mason's embrace.

I sigh as I watch them walk away happy to be with each other "Cheer up, dude." I look beside me and see Hoseok giving me a reassuring smile.

I gulp and smile back "Thanks.." Hoseok was the first person who knew that I had a crush on Y/N, without me even telling him. And that was 7 years ago. I'm glad to have someone like him in my life..
