P.O.V. Dan Howell
"Dannny!" I hear a all too familiar voice yell. I look up and see Phil Lester (or Lion) my best friend. He as a black fringe (even though he tried to dye it blue) which is the opposite way of mine, he is staring over me being as tall as he is crouching almost. He blinks his bright blue eyes before speaking.."Are you having another existential crisis again" Oh so he noticed how I'm laying down in the middle of the kitchen. "Well what does it look like I am doing Phil.." I say mumbling my words into the hard wood floor.
"Doesn't that hurt Dan?" Huh i never really paid attention towards if i was comfortable or not.
"I suppose not Phil" I look over seeing his hurt eyes look at me just laying there. "Please get up Danny maybe some Mario Kart or undertale can make you feel better."
"Undertale is sad Phil, at least I always beat you at Mario Kart." I say slowly gaining a smile on my face as he helps me stand up. "Good lets go play Mario Kart then! You go sit and I will make us my famous Hot Chocolate!" Phil states with a smile on his face running to the cabinets.
I don't get how he can so easily put a smile on his face. I know most people think life as a youtuber is easy but my life outside of it is not. Of course I love our fans and so does Phil, but sometimes it gets hard for us. Phil always has been able to help me with our fans and has been so nice and smiles all the time. But most days my own thoughts can become too much. Phil doesn't know most of this yet he still makes my life so much brighter by just being himself.
I don't know what I could ever do without my Lion.
