"Is she awake?" A familiar feminine voice fills my head, and I shot up in bed and ran to the door. Throwing it open, I see Mom and Dad both standing there with my brothers and Alex. Mom smiles, "Hey sweetheart."

"Hey Mom." I grin, throwing my arms around her to hug her. When I look at Dad, I notice he's got a cast on his leg, and he's leaning on crutches. I grin at him, "Get on the bed."

All three of the boys laugh at that, and I roll my eyes at them. I poke Tyler and he jumps from the small shock.

Dad sits on the bed, and Mom opens my curtains wide to let in more "natural light," as she calls it. She turns to me, a thoughtful look on her face, "Use the bone and muscles spell, Striker. Just to be sure it's all healed."

"Yes ma'am." I say, getting my Book of Shadows. It's a thing witches keep. Normally, it's like a diary. But I keep all of the useful spells to me in it. Opening it, I find the spell that I've used time and time again while Mom takes the cast off of Dad. She props it up on my pillows.

"Should we leave?" Alex asks, confused.

Ace shakes his head, but Tyler answers, "Sparky is one of the most talented healers. She was taught by the best teachers. So she could probably go toe to toe with the Witch. Considering the Witch is our aunt, though, it's in her blood I guess. But no, the spell won't affect you."

Of course I heard all this, and I knew what they'd said. Speaking as if I wasn't there. Hmph. Light rolls her eyes at them. Then again, I was too wrapped up in my work to correct them. I wasn't that powerful, but oh well.

Looking at Dad, I say, "Are you ready?" He nods, and I feel the power begin to course through my body. The shocks of my crackling power drum through my veins, and I hear my inner being coming forth to assist me in my casting. I look at Dad, knowing my eyes were glowing a vibrant blue,

"Sugadintas raumenų ir pažeistų kaulų. Išgydyti tai, kas buvo sugadinta, pagal mūsų galios vardą."

I could hear Lights' voice mixed in with mine. Her powerful and cold voice mixing with my relatively soft one to sound ominous. I hope I didn't scare Alex.

Ace relys what I said, "Damaged muscle and damaged bones. Heal what has been broken, by the name of our power."

Dad sighs peacefully as the magic starts to do it's work, and he falls into a slumber as the leg is broken into place loudly. His ruined tenants and muscles peice themselves together. The blood that had been dripping onto my bed absorbes back into the huge gash on his leg which was now just a pink mark.

I let Light go with a thank you, and everything calms down. I look at Mom, "He'll be awake in an hour." She nods, and smiles gratefully at me.

I turn to Alex, who was looking at Dad's leg. An unreadable expression crosses his face, then he turns to me. Pride shines in his eyes, "Would it be wrong if I said that was really cool?"

I laugh and shake my head, "No Alex. It wouldn't be wrong."

He thinks for a moment, "What was that? You seemed like a completely different person there for a mintue."

Tyler laughs, but Ace answers this time, "That was Light. She's Striker's other half. Kind've like a wolf, only it's a little bit more complex. Light is way more powerful than any ordinary wolf, so she like an Alpha wolf. A male Alpha wolf. She's more of a dominating and cold person. She's nearly nothing like Striker."

Tyler nods, "Yeah, I've had a conversation with her before. She's kind've creepy and weird, but she's pretty cool. In the darker way. She's like cat woman kinda. I like her."
