Ginny dropped to the ground for she was zapped in the stomach and the thing is nobody noticed because everyone was dying and fighting not even Ron.
A single tear slithered down Ginny's face, in pain for two reasons

The war finished and Ron's team won, everyone was looking for injured or alive survivors.
Neville was the one that found Ginny .

Hermione: I'm really sorry

Ron: hermione you've got to have something that can heal Ginny
Hermione: I'm not sure but I think the babies might be alive
